We booked a room with balcony and paid full price of it online. When we arrived, they gave us a small room with no balcony and no window. When we told the staff about it, they just laught and say " there is no balcony room in this hotel". Staff were young boys always playing with their phones in the lobby, not really professional hotel keepers. Last morning we woked up when there was burning smell and fire alarm went on. There wasnt really fire anywhere, but still the staff was too busy playing with their phones to come and inform us that there is no need to rush out to the street. Xem tiếp

This budget hotel has rooms for around 7 EUR at agoda. The rooms are quite clean though the floor is not brushed very thoroughly. The bathroom has a separated shower so the bathroom stays dry when taking a shower. The doors are massive and have a secure lock. There is aircon. An elevator is available. So everything very good for the price! But the staff is not very motivated and is smoking in the lobby so it smells even on higher floors. And the way to the beach is quite far, around 8 minutes or 300 meters. But these are the only cons Xem tiếp

The staff is very friendly & helpful, but the only problem is they can't communicate in english very well. The room is fine but don't have a nice view from the balcony, it is only a view of building & construction, and then the floor on the first day checked in is a bit sticky, but don't worry because they provide slippers for you. good location & room, but the staff not checking the room condition when we were check in, but they checking when we were check out, they accuse we take their towel, in fact they didn't give towel in that room when we were check in Xem tiếp

The room is unable to complain with us. It is clean, nice, comfortable to take a snap after whole walking day We prefer the night-receptionist to the day one. She is friendly and like to smile, we like that. Location is near the night-market, 10 minutes walking to the beach. Moreover, there are a lot of bars, clubs, coffees around this hotel. This hotel was fine for 2 nights. Not the best but if you're in Nha Trang to go to the beach you're probably not spending much time in the hotel. There was a lot of road construction going on which was a bit annoying. But the hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from the beach and close to all the main restaurant and bar roads. Xem tiếp

Un des meilleurs rapports qualité/Prix que j’ai eu en Asie, chambre assez spacieuse, lit confortable, sdb ok, clim silencieuse et bien réglable, wifi efficace, le tout propre et calme. Liegt in einer Seitenstraße daher sehr ruhig. Preislich Hammer und die Zimmer sind sauber und angenehm, was man in Asien nicht als selbstverständlich sehen kann.
