Pros: have a large room and bathroom, location near to ben thanh market, around have the circle k mart, restaurant also. Cons: the prices is higher abit but no free bottled water, charges each bottle vnd 20k, so expensive on it. U can get it cheaper at K mart. Coz the water put inside refrigerator , on the first night we stayed we thoughts its free, but when check out time just only know its charges us money, not free. So after we back to stay 2 nights we knew already we just bought the water at K mart. Xem tiếp

Good hotel for family. I'am always stayed at this hotel since when i came to vietnam (ho chi min city)..Just walking to Choo Ben Than Market and Malaysian street. Totaly this hotel comfortable and staff always helpful. Recommended hotel Xem tiếp

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Although it is quite noisy during the day, it is quite during the night. Room condition is very good. Also quite near to Malaysian Street and easy to find halal food. Xem tiếp

Ideal location as Ben Thanh is just down the block. Away from the hustle and bustle of the market but still noisy in the streets (city never sleeps). Staff were super nice and helpful. We had to ask for more towels multiple times and I wish water as provided but for the price and location, it was a good experience and I'd book again. Xem tiếp

Checked in was fast and efficient. Hotel room and toilet were spacious. Our family consist of five adults and after we checked in and settled down, we were told to pay extra USD5/day for extra one pax. We didn't mind paying since everything looks great and clean. We were on level 6 and WiFi wasn't stable. However, one can use wifi on different levels with the same password. TV cable with Fox movie, HBO and many more were our entertainment. Staff were helpful and service was good. Balcony with the street view was nice. Hotel is a few step away from Ben thanh market and next to it, there is a family mart. Hotel provided good cheap massage service which I enjoyed it very much. Overall, we had a great stay and thumbs up for a budget hotel. Xem tiếp

Love this place close to everywhere and everything you need like eating places, nightlife spots and even good massages. The pricing for the room is amazingly afforable but the only thing missing is a safe where we can store valuables and passport. Xem tiếp

My husband & I enjoyed our stay so much, though at first, we only got our room at 5.30pm (waited for like 2 hours) but they gave us a very nice big room for two. The room was clean, no fouls odor, the bathroom was clean, surrounding not noisy. We had the view of other buildings but it was a nice scene.Overall I paid for what I got...its worthit & the area is safe too... Xem tiếp

The hotel is strategically situated. It is within short walking distant to shops and halal food restaurants. Tourist guide and tour packages is just next door and was a real bargain with experienced personnels. The hotel staffs was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great. So close to the Ben T. Market and the room's AC was super strong. That really is a good thing in Vietnam's May weather. Cools down the room within 5 mins. Toilet was also Super Clean. Everything looks new... Xem tiếp

Information at agoda this hotel children 0-10years free to stay if not add extra bed.. But when i came at the hotel, the staff at the counter told me children 0-6years stay for free..7years must pay more 5usd/VND 200k.. So i was charged vnd 200k..So far the rooms comfortable & clean.. Xem tiếp

All the complaints that I read about other hotels are not found in this hotel. Basic hotel facilities even toothbrush were provided. Towels were changed daily. I was not moved to other hotels. Water pressure was great - just the hot water took sometimes in the morning and late evening. 50++ tv channels with around 7 English channels.... Xem tiếp

Generous sized family room, good selection of TV channels (english channels available). But the room is getting worn, we suspect the waterproofing in the shower is a little faulty as the floor always got wet after a shower despite using the curtain. The cleaning service is a bit unpredictable (they skipped us one day, bedsheets arent changed even though we stayed for a week) and laundry is quite expensive. Convenient location although a bit noisy as facing a major road, on the plus side it's very easy to find. Next to two convenient stores and several eateries. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market and halal restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful enough. there is a PC downstairs for usage and wifi is quite fast. Xem tiếp
