Nice and very clean hotel in the middle of everything! Nice view from balcony facing a buddist temple. Can get quite lowd though (people partying at night and monks music in mornings), so if you’re sensitive to sounds I’d look elsewhere. The lady at the front desk is so nice and sweet (just be a bit patient with her in the beginning), and always shined up when seeing us! We even got hot water in a thermos every morning, for free, so we could make our own coffee in the room. Would recommend this hotel, great value for money! Xem tiếp

Decent hotel, some building work happening at the moment but didn’t cause me any trouble. Wish they had a water filter instead of relying on bottled water. Not a fan of the hand your key in whenever you leave the property. Would stay again. Xem tiếp

I stayed to 3 star hotel prior to booking this one but was shocked upon arriving that it shares a property from another hotel. It's not the comfort I'm expecting. It's cheap but you will also get cheap service and facilities. Staff are kind, but I don't think they have the right to keep your passport until you check out. I let it pass since I don't wanna get in argument. This hotel is just not for me. Xem tiếp

The hotel is very clean. Large room with fridge and microwave. The guys at the front desk were great . Especially John helping with our plane ticket booking. Quiet place to stay and short taxi ride to market and restaurants. Xem tiếp

Bed/bathroom were VERY clean. Wifi is not the best. Beds are not comfortable and I would not recommend if you are staying for more than a couple nights. Anyway, the location is perfect, close to the main drag but quiet enough for a sleep. Only thing I felt uncomfortable about is that the staff would try to take our room key each time we walked out of the hotel? In all my time in vietnam I've never experienced this before? Xem tiếp

I booked the hotel on behalf of my friends from myanmar, and the hotel failed to change the bed sheet and they even found some small hairs on the bed. They even complained to the old lady by the reception to change but the hotel never did. And the room is humid and air conditioner is not working well. I am disgusted at the poor level of service from this establishment. My friends are from Myanmar and it was not a pleasant experience. Xem tiếp

We booked a room at Reddoorz before our arrival which we were really excited about. We arrived and the receptionist couldn’t find our booking even though I had paid for it in full and had a confirmation email. They had no rooms left so she sent us to a hotel 15 minutes away. It was a very disappointing experience. We only had a day and a half in Saigon and a majority of it was wasted just trying to arrange accommodation. Xem tiếp

The rooms are very noisy, you can even hear the elevator everytime it comes to your floor. I do not recommend this hotel because they started a construction one floor above me before 8am. It was super loud, they took down a whole wall. It became very dusty everywhere. I was promised a new room but I said I can only change later today. They said okay but when I came back at 7pm they said it was fully booked so cannot change. When this happened I decided to change hotel. Xem tiếp

The room was satisfactory clean and had the usual facilities. However, we choose that hotel because it was conveniently situated, very close to our bus stop to continue our trip. We didn’t noticed that it is situated in the middle of a huge party street which meant we literally couldn’t sleep until 2am because of the loudness. We had to wake up early so i must say I got pretty annoyed by this. If you want to party, go there, otherwise I would avoid it. Xem tiếp

The room is really dirty and I really mean it. We pre-paid for 2 nights so I decided to suck it up and stay. But then the cockroaches showed up. I killed 2 of them while my partner screamed in horror. When the 3rd one showed up we decided to check out in the middle of the night to go to another hotel. Unsuccessfully tried to get partial refund even though their policy say so Xem tiếp
