First, the blanket at my room was like a piece of cloth, and I asked the staff to change it; and they just said yes without taking any real action. They also said the lady who do the laundry things had gone home and they don't know where other blankets are. But the next morning before I checked out, I saw a cabin contained towels and blankets at the corner of my floor. Service is totally bad and awful! Staffs show lack of respect to customers Second, the room they gave didn't look like in the picture and lack of amenities (shampoo, toothbrush, etc.) Third, the bed is uncomfortable, the bed sheet is old and gets fuzzy, it makes me feel really itchy The only pros is clean bathroom. basement room, no ventilation and bad smell, when i want to change to upstairs i was informed to add exra 2,000,000 d, and i refused . Because acutally in Agoda, only about CNY15 (50,000) difference from the Standard room (which was the basement room, why you don't pointed our at first?) and the Deluxe room. 하지만 에어칸 필터의 상태가 최악이얐습니다 방을 배정받은후 들어갔지만 담배냄새로 불쾌함을느껴 근원지를 찾은결과 에어컨 필터가 원인이였습니다. 제 생각에는 에어컨 설치후 단 한번도 청소를 하지 않은것 같습니다. 이용하실분은 103호 를 이용하십시오. 제가 청소하였습니다. Xem tiếp
