Big room and good facilities. Wifi is weak inside guest room. Bed a bit hard. Hotel staff start cleaning rooms in early morning around 7.45am and make a lot of noise. I would suggest they do their cleaning jobs after 9am as some guests still sleeping at that time. Xem tiếp

Excellent value, spacious room and a good location. Plenty of local food options and coffee shops nearby. Grab taxi helps with quick and cheap motorbike rides. Cleaning staff can be very noisy in the morning, otherwise no complaints. I Will definitely stay again if I'm at district 4. Xem tiếp

We booked and prepaid for this location based off of good reviews. When we arrived, we were informed that we had to move to another property and that our booking was not confirmed. We spoke on the phone with someone at another RedDoorz location and were ushered into a Grab car that was booked for us. Not knowing where we were going - we were brought to an address by the driver. He left us and we walked around further until discovering the hotel we were meant to be brought wasn't open anymore. We walked to their partner hotel where we were put up for our time in Ho Chi Min City, and we had to have numerous back and forth phone calls with the original hotel to figure out this mess. We loved our stay here so much we extended 3 times! It was the best location for exploring Saigon, a quick jaunt over to the main tourist zone, and right in the heart of the best street food and local restaurants. We felt like we were in a much more local area, instead of the zoo-like District 1. The staff were kind, although spoke little English, room was cleaned everyday, the place was spotless. Great place to stay, staff and owner were extremely helpful. Very clean and spacious, great value for money. It gets booked up quite quickly so dont leave it last minute to extend your stay as we got caught out! Good location away from the hustle and tourism heavy District 1. We got room 303 with a window, sofa, 2 small round tables, a bookshelf, clothes cabinet, microwave, bowls, dishes, spoons, chopsticks, knife to eat (not the knife to cut fruits), cups but no coffee and no tea so bring your own, water boiler, refrigerator, 2 free bottles of water, 2 large towels and all basic toiletries. The room is still very new and bright with many lights. Quiet and effective aircon. Good hot water in bathroom and kitchen sink. Excellent staff at Reception who smile and say hello to us when they see us. Fast check in and check out. It's strange to have electric sockets & power plugs in 3 legs shape like those in China 10 years ago but not suitable for countries such as Vietnam. There are about 4 adapters in room and not enough for us. I was in China twice recently and all hotels I stayed didn't use this kind of sockets anymore. We walked up the Khanh Hoi Bridge which is nearest to the hotel to view the river, the Bitexco Tower and we walked to District 1. This bridge has the pedestrian walkway. We walked to Lotte Mart District 7 and it's a bit far. Vinh Khanh Food Street is 15 minutes away on foot. Many things to eat there. Easy to find local restaurants and cheap eateries near the hotel also. The ferry port to Vung Tau is very near too. In short, a clean and new hotel in a good location to live among local people. The room was great, very big and very clean. You have a small living room area and also functional kitchen, fridge and all. The bathroom is super clean and you have warm water which is a big plus. Staff is very nice and very helpful. The hotel is very near the city center, you can walk to D1, it's just across the bridge. I truly recommend this place :) Xem tiếp

Exterior of hotel is just ok but room is surprisingly well done. Facilities like fridge, induction plate, microwave, etc are new. Bathroom very clean but lacked hot water in the morning. We stayed 4 nights at this 1 Bed Room Apartment, and liked it a lot. It’s located in a quiet local neighborhood with many shops, cafes around the corner and very friendly people. The crowded tourist/backpacker/party street/s are in 30’ walking distance or approx. 10’ by Grab Taxi, the Nguyen Hue Walking Street in >15’. Our room at 4th floor (lift!) was nicely equipped with a cooking corner/kitchen equipment, TV, fridge, good AC as well as seating options and a big bed w/semi-hard mattress. The room & bath was very clean (daily cleaned). The owner speaks perfectly English and will at your disposal if you need him (he was so kind and offered support with our booking issue!). The staff was very kind and helped (thanks to Google-Translator). The check-in/out was very easy. In a nutshell; this place you’ll like a lot, it’s quiet and the value for money was exceptional, and we can only recommend it! Xem tiếp

Our room was clean and had more than what we needed, including a kitchen setup. The bathroom light wasn't working, but because of translucent walls, we had enough light. The bed was rather hard, but we could handle that for a couple of nights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Xem tiếp

Large rooms with kitchenette and cutlery provided, which was plus. 15-20 minutes walk to walking street. Not recommended for a first visit to HCMC. Staff have limited English, with exception of owner who was friendly and made himself available via telephone. However, no information on tours or attractions.
