This hotel name is Thien Cung hotel using the Red Doorz brand. We had 2 rooms booked and We requested an early checkin for 1 room. we arrived at 5am. Receptionist told us that the hotel is full and they don’t give early check-in despite this option was available prior paying the booking. I found out that 12 rooms was already vacant and clean behind the desk at 6am. The receptionist then wanted us to pay 1 full night from 6am-14pm for 8hrs. So he basically lied to us and just wanted to make extra cash. When the shift changes over at 8am, the receptionist girl didn’t acknowledge us that we would be staying there. When I approached her to speak to the hotel manager, she replied she is the manager. I requested her business card then she mentioned her husband is the manager. I requested to speak to RedDoorz manager she refuses to help me and was extremely arrogant and vulgar.... a real Biatch!!! Then she gave me the representative Reddoorz number, after explaining the situation I was removed from this WORST HOTEL and transferred to another Real Red door brand hotel. Thien Cung Hotel should be disqualified of such service and behaviour given to loyal customers. Tên khách sạn này là khách sạn Thiên Cung sử dụng thương hiệu Red Doorz. Chúng tôi đã có 2 phòng đặt và chúng tôi yêu cầu đăng ký sớm cho 1 phòng. chúng tôi đến lúc 5 giờ sáng. Nhân viên lễ tân nói với chúng tôi rằng khách sạn đã đầy và họ không cho nhận phòng sớm mặc dù tùy chọn này đã có sẵn trước khi trả tiền đặt phòng. Tôi phát hiện ra rằng 12 phòng đã bỏ trống và sạch sẽ phía sau bàn làm việc lúc 6 giờ sáng. Nhân viên tiếp tân sau đó muốn chúng tôi trả đủ 1 đêm từ 6 giờ sáng đến 14 giờ tối trong 8 giờ. Vì vậy, về cơ bản anh ta đã nói dối chúng tôi và chỉ muốn kiếm thêm tiền. Khi ca làm việc thay đổi lúc 8 giờ sáng, cô gái tiếp tân đã không thừa nhận chúng tôi rằng chúng tôi sẽ ở lại đó. Khi tôi đến gần cô ấy để nói chuyện với người quản lý khách sạn, cô ấy trả lời cô ấy là người quản lý. Tôi yêu cầu Xem tiếp

Khách sạn to, đẹp. Phòng sạch sẽ đầy đủ tiện nghi. Duy chỉ có 1 vấn đề là hôm đó mình nhận phòng muộn (~23h00) và lúc mình tắm thì ko có nước ấm (nhưng cũng ko quá lạnh). Còn lại mọi thứ ko có j để chê. Xem tiếp

few of thing I want to mention to other guests, TOILET IS CLEAN the hot and cold water with strong pressure for SHOWER. Hotel staffs are helpful. Manager and staffs can speak well Viet and Chinese language. However they are below par with English level to produce a helpful communication. Parking garage is guarded, free and well ventilation. I booked this hotel 3 days in HCM City. The room was very new, clean and had all I need. All good except receptionist, she was not even smile when we arrived and during whole time we was there. Summary, I think this hotel is better than another hotels in low price range. Xem tiếp

Inexpensive but you have to bring all your personal items. Location is good for speaking vietnamese. First night check in late at 1400 hrs., Specifying ask for higher room. Put me on the first floor where room had been rented on hourly rate. Not very clean. The rest of the stayed is good after they moved to different room. This one is also RedDoorz but you should know that in VN those Red Door are all managed by different owners. Somehow, the Staffs at this place are not well trained, all they want that is money from your pockets. They will charge you all that should not, but they will do even double of those you ask for. They are not really friendly as they should be like other RedDoorZ. Should not stay here. Xem tiếp

My room allocation was mistaken then asked to move in another room a while later by the receptionist. This should be attentive at first sight, if the hotel wanted to reach the professionalism. I like the bathroom with a glass window next to the bed. Shower kit is in good condition. Xem tiếp

This is Saigon. They also rent rooms by the hour, meaning, you'll see interesting things in the elevator. The staff was really helpful in getting me to the bus terminal. Clean and safe. I will stay there again. Xem tiếp

We have been HCM for 2 days last week, Hotel staff were very polite to customer, always smile and answer clearly. Room was super clean , specially toilet, having a good smell when you go in to room. Location is abit far from city center but very closed to the Aiport. Overall was satisfied. Thumbs up!!!. Highly recommended Xem tiếp

The room is really nice but the service is really really bad!! They don't really speak English so it's really complicated to communicated... They don't really try to help you... We recommend you to find an other hotel where the service is better. Ps: no coffee free in the room. They only offer snack but you have to pay... Xem tiếp
