Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great for both business and leisure travellers as only few steps away from lotte center. Overall, it's a short but pleasant stay. Xem tiếp

Close to the Australian Embassy and Lotte shopping mall but the areas around this hotel is Korean and Japanese towns. It’s 250VND to the airport and 100K VND to the old quarter. It’s cheap price, old Vietnam vibe makes this place to wait for a flight. I wouldn’t spend my vacation in this place though and you will go crazy if you book this place for more than a night. WiFi is strong, tv has cable, hot water and AC works so in that respect the facilities are satisfactory. The staff do not speak English so you need to download a translator. For our needs, the location is not good because we were expecting a modern Hanoi after a week in the old quarter but it’s not tourist friendly since there are not Vietnamese restaurants nor convenience store nearby. The shopping Center is very expensive with prices 5-7x the price compared to other SE countries for the brands they sell. Over all the room is good for an old Vietnam Vibe and good for the price for transit room. Xem tiếp
