Nice small hotel. Well located for exploring central HCMC. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was very pleasant. The tour agency in the hotel lobby was great; we booked a three-day tour of the Mekong delta with boat transportation to Phnom Penh and found it to be a very good deal for the money. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at the Saigon River Boutique Hotel. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and their English was excellent. Even though it was during Tet, they were able to get a moto-taxi for me that night for my trip to a restaurant. The location is excellent with many great restaurants, bars, shops and bistros nearby. Each morning they served an exquisite breakfast at their rooftop restaurant with a view including a glimpse of the Saigon River. There was a nice gentle breeze each morning which made breakfast so enjoyable. It is a very small venue but it is also a small hotel. The bed was comfortable and it was absolutely quiet every night for excellent sleeping. When I go back to Ho Chi Minh City, I will absolutely stay at this great little hotel. Xem tiếp

A small hotel, just 3 rooms on each floor and 6 stories high...with lift ! Great location just one street from River...and walking distance to all main tourist spots...and dozens of restaurants and coffee shops all around the hotel...very helpful staff and good Airport transfers ($20 each way) Xem tiếp

Stayed at this hotel for one night as my flight arrived late in the evening and I didn't want to bug my relatives that live in HCMC. Located right off of Dong Khoi of Q1, this small hotel offers everything the big hotels down the street do for half the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating; Natalie is especially kind. The breakfast upstairs is such a bargain. Try the banana pancakes! Recommended. Xem tiếp

It was absolutely great! I did not expect as much as I got during booked a room in this hotel. Warm welcome from the staff during my arrival. I came a little bit early, so I need to put my luggage in reception area while I am thinking to walk around for city view, and it was that easy! The hotel is just 2 blocks from Opera House and some other blocks to Notre Dame church, post office, independence building, and Ben Tanh market. So amazing! I just use my 3 hours to lunch and walk to all of these places and suddenly my feet was on this hotel again. The staff gave my key room and prepared my luggage without my request. Cool! Coming to the room, whoaa it was so nice! Clean and feel expensive! With that price, it was worth it. Other thing to be critics is just a small space in each floors that only 3 rooms there. With a dark ambiance and a spooky-automatic-lamp on-off-on-off will scary you, especially when you are alone. Also a small speed of the lift will boost up your scary feeling. While it changed your mind when on the other day you have your breakfast on its rooftop. Small but classy with all the view and stuffs there. The food is just good, not really great. Overall, it is recommended for your short trip, especially for every solo traveler, for its silent environment! Amazing! Xem tiếp

Simple one night stay in HCM. Location was abit hard to find, like a hidden gem. Nice deco of the lobby which give us a comfortable feeling. The lift helps for those carrying huge stuffs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Able to converse in English! Xem tiếp

it was just an 'okay' stay. the hotel was located in the busiest part of the city, which was really convenient. The reception was really helpful and was always ready to help. The environment of the lobby was really nice and cozy. And I like the breakfast location a lot. The breakfast bar is on the roof of the hotel, which is really cool. however my room was not really in a good shape. There's a strange smell, which I think is the cleaning detergent and the air cond was a little noisy. Xem tiếp

I'm a repeat customer at this hotel and have never had a bad experience. It's not perfect. On this occasion the shower pressure was really weak. However, the friendly staff makes you feel at home and more willing to forgive the imperfections. :-) Xem tiếp

It's always a pleasure to be back in this hotel. I always rate it a "3" for food, that's due to the fact it does not offer Pho as a breakfast option. At the same time, I must say their banana crepe is pretty good. :-) Xem tiếp

Overall it was good, but the basic room with no window is depressing, so I would upgrade next time. Staff were nice, breakfast was dam good and staff were nice and helpful. For the location and compared to other hotels in the area, it was pretty good. I just need a window :-) Xem tiếp

Was staying in this little cozy hotel for 2 nights, which made my very first Saigon trip very memorable. The location is excellent. Everything is just nearby no matter convenience store, restaurant, shopping mall or tourist attraction. Room is neat and clean and also spacious. Deluxe room even have a balcony! Rain shower is newly equipped. Wifi is available within the whole premises and it's free! Breakfast is serving on 7/f rooftops with selection of foods and drinks. Last but not least, the service, the most basic element in hospitality, and they totally nailed it. Young and vibrant team with genuine heart to serving their guest. You can always see their smiling face no matter receptionist, room attendant, restaurant staff or driver and porter. Special compliment give it to front desk staff Mr Daniel, not to mention his friendliness, he will also help you in whatever thing you need. An all rounded service provider with highly efficiency. And also the hotel owner, Mr Graeme and Mr Tim, both of them are super friendly, down to earth, they treat all their guest like their friends. Spending time to chit chat with their guest and showing concern and also giving advice. They really can make their guest feels like home! Definitely will come back again!!! Xem tiếp
