Pros - very near to Ben Than Market and Malaysian street. Lots of halal food around. Person in charge was nice. Spacious room. Cons - literally no reception desk. Had to knock the room of the person in charge for any needs that we want. Wifi not working for 2 days. NO LIFT. please be aware of that. We stayed at the 4th floor and it was quite an exercise to reach our rooms daily. Room cleaning every 2 days (is that even possible?) Overall an OK stay. I wouldn’t say great. Xem tiếp

Super clean and room smells great! Staff was initially not there when we arrived but she came via motorbike huffing and puffing, explained that she had to rush to a checked out client to bring her passport which she left in her room. So it was all good and undestandable. Xem tiếp

I'll do a review of my exp: I take the taxi to the address shown on Agoda and google. After 20 minutes I stop in a coffee shop and realize from the confirmation e-mail the address is different (20 min walk distance). I walk to the new and right address, and nobody there, I ring the bell knock the door, text an email but nothing ( the only way to contact are 3 phone numbers but my sim card can't make calls). After 30 minutes somebody comes. 14.10 I get in and the room is not ready yet. I wait 20 minutes more. The room is very nice and comfortable and clean. In the afternoon I'll pick up my luggage and going to the airport and I realize I don't have my passport! They did the checkout and didn't give me my passport! I almost lost my flight. So, 25min+20min+20min+waiting my passport back ... Please change job, hospitality isn't for you! Xem tiếp

Very nice place, clean and big rooms. 100m away from ben thanh market and 10 mins walk away from bui vien street (backpackers area). Staff is very kind and helpful! Highly recomended! Xem tiếp

location wise just opposite ben thanh market which and many restaurant which is a plus. But the hotel does not have elevator/lift which make it harder for aging traveler convenience to go up and down 4th floor. Xem tiếp

Overall, this place was amazing. Best place we stayed in Vietnam. Pros - clean, water kettle in room, location excellent, very new, modern, extremely friendly staff. Helped us print our Cambodia E-Visas. Bed comfortable, room spacious and cozy. Even a cooker in the room! Cons - I really don’t have much to say here. Only improvement would be a filter water dispenser to fill our water bottles. We boiled water while we were there, to avoid plastic waste, but a water dispenser would be great! Amazing place to stay. It’s like a airbnb concept. The owner lives there. There is no reception counter/coffehouse/etc. Just knock her door for help. Im happy with the in-room facilities - exactly like a serviced aprtment facilities, even have induction cooker. Restaurants and Ben Thanh market are nearby. Xem tiếp
