Lovely hosts who really supported in any matter. The room was stunning: super clean, brand new, large, bright, great mattress. The bathroom also very clean and hygienic. I also liked the balcony and the location. The bikes which could be rented for free were also very new and safe. I’ll return to Q villa for sure! Xem tiếp

This place is 5 stars for the price of 2 stars. Fell in love with this homestay the moment I checked in. Very warm and helpful staffs, they are always willing to help and made me feel safe throughout my stay. Room is excellent, very bright and clean, new furniture, state of the art shower, some rooms come with fan as well, beautiful balcony facing quiet neighbourhood instead of the busy noisy street and only a couple of steps to the night market. Initially booked and paid another hotel for my next 3 nights in Hoi An after spending 3 nights in Q Villa, but I decided to move back to Q Villa on the 3rd day when they had an available room for me. Great rates for our room, which is brand new. The location is superb too, just behind the noisy riverfront (so you are shielded by the noise from the pubs). It is also right next to the Night Market. Receptionist speaks perfect english and was always ready to offer any assistance. Bonus : it is right next to Coral Spa, which IMO offers the best massage in Hoi An! Xem tiếp

Highly recommended. Good wifi speed, spacious room with balcony and excellent shower. This is not a hotel, its managed by family. Excellent location, right in center of everything. 5 min walk to japanese bridge and river. You can rent motorbike from them. They can drop you to Da nang airport too for 250,000 VND. Lady was really helpful and made us feel homely. If I ever go back to hoi an I will stay here again. cons: - As mentioned this is not a hotel, so there is no elevator. Not suitable for elderly and disabled. And if you are with heavy luggage you have to carry to room by yourself. Xem tiếp

Me and my friend needed a room for ourselves after staying in dorm rooms. I must say this place was the best decision we could've chosen. The staff went out of their way to help us with everything we needed, so friendly. The rooms where perfect, modern and clean. Great breakfast and the location couldn't be better. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed throughout all my backpacking trip around southeast Asia. Everyone at the Q villa, thank you so much. Xem tiếp

2 week old hotel next to the night market, owned by a nice family with english speaking receptionist. Our interior room was clean, bed was comfy. New shower has marble floor! Room included aircon, kettle, fridge, sharp smart TV, ceiling fan. No shoes inside. Free bicycles and we used their private car service to the DaNang airport (250k). I will stay again. Xem tiếp

是新的民宿，我們這次住二樓，一樓是老闆全家人住的，雖然住在別人家，可是空間很大，一點都不奇怪！只是隔音比較差，住在二樓聽樓下聲音很清楚。櫃檯人員非常熱心，還幫我們以比GRAB更便宜的價格來包車到美山聖地來回！之後才發現她會說一點點中文，人很好！很熱情！是我們在那邊少數覺得熱心的人！ Xem tiếp
