Easy hotel stay, staff speak excellent English and can help you with everything.. rooms were a great size, of course some of these old buildings will have a little bit of peeling paint or different decor..that is what you expect , ..more importantly the beds are clean super comfy, loads of hot water and good pressure, room smelt fresh and clean and not stale. Air-conditioning was super cold 👍, bar fridge, we had a little balcony terrace to watch street life from ! Breakfast was substantial and we left full. Ladies organised our transfers, to railway station ... very friendly and genuinely helpful with everything.. a 10 minute walk over to busier lake/ tourist area that was noisier and more expensive... but easy walk to everything, including train street, or get electric car/golf buggy ride ! We were a family of 6- (2 adults and 4 kids). Would definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

The location is great with many food options nearby (recommend Highway 4 restaurant). Convenient store is within 3 minutes walking distance. Hoan Kiem lake within 10 minutes walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has 7 floors with lift. Our superior family room is just nice for 3 of us and has basic toiletries. There's a small window but not facing any street. The breakfast place is very small. Be there early or late to avoid crowd. The food is decent. Overall still worth the value. Xem tiếp

I booked this hotel for the last night of our honeymoon. We did not arrive until 9:00pm after getting back from a day trip excursion. We were brought to a room with two twin beds. I said this is not what I booked and I do not want a room with twin beds. They did not accommodate our request to switch, helped us push the twin beds together, and left. If it was not so late, we would have left and gone somewhere else. I find it frustrating when you put effort into comparing hotels And reading reviews for a special night, and then find that your time, efforts and money are wasted. Anyways, it was clean and we slept because we were exhausted. However, I did not find them to me accommodating or understanding in their error. Would not recommend for that reason. Xem tiếp

This is a small and cute hotel in Hanoi with super friendly staff. When we arrived it was raining really hard and they came out to our taxi with umbrellas. At the end of our stay, we left the hotel for a tour of Halong Bay. When we got back to Hanoi we had a late flight and time to kill. Even though we were not staying another night with them, they let us leave our bags at the hotel and arranged an airport taxi for us. Breakfast was filling. Location was good and central too. -The hotel was clean and the room we got was spacious. Best of all, everything was very reasonably priced. We booked our Halong Bay Cruise and airport transfers with them and we saved a lot than by booking it ourselves. Recommend you book your tours and transfers with them! - The staff of the hotel were very friendly although some of them couldn't speak English well. Mr. Doan was very helpful though and he spoke English quite well. They also permitted us to cancel one night (when we were in Halong Bay Cruise) and check out late without a fee since no one was going to use our room. - Breakfast could be improved but since we were there during Tet, that was mostly the reason why their supply of bread and noodles ran out (most of the stores were closed). We enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was easy to get from the Hanoi Airport to the hotel in the Old Quarters by bus (every 30 mins for VND30k) We found many delicious street food close by. Within short walking distance to attractions. Good breakfast. Well maintained hotel and friendly staff. Shop around for tour packages. The hotel charges more for the same tours, like Halong Bay 2 Days 1 night and 3 Days 2 nights.. Xem tiếp

We booked the last minute since we just transferred from a different hostel. I highly recommend this hotel: good location, clean, with elevator, delicious buffet breakfast, and friendly staff. We even extended for half day since our flight is at midnight. We also booked our Halong Bay tour in the hotel and since we woke up late (we thought the tour was cancelled due to typhoon) they allowed us to pack breakfast. The surrounding of the place was very peaceful. We have slept very good. The room was clean and spacious. Although they didn’t really have that much choices for breakfast. Overall i would still recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

Great location smack back in the old quarter. 7 minute walk to the bars, around 10 minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Clean and well run, the stand out quality is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From organising our pickup at the airport, to being invited to watch the SE Asia Cup Final at a friends bar (thanks Tam!). Tuan was a gentleman and the other lady (didn't get her name) was great. A good place to be based to explore Hanoi. Especially if you get a balcony room (their top floor balcony is particularly great if you go in warmer months!). Xem tiếp

This place was great value for money, usually when I see reviews like this I think they are computers writing them. However! This place really was nice and great value for money. The best part by a country mile is the staff and in particular Doan! What a cool helpful guy! Xem tiếp
