Hotel ở đường 1 chiều, xe oto khó tìm đường đi vào nếu không rành đường cho dù đã mở google map dẫn đường, rất bất tiện nếu có hành ký nhiều Xem tiếp

- Vị trí tốt, giá cả hợp lý. - Căn hộ không có sẵn đồ trong tủ lạnh theo dạng dịch vụ. Phòng tắm không có sẵn kem đánh răng, sài bông, dầu gọi đầu, khăn tắm rất cũ, nước nóng chậm. - Bếp của căn hộ không có một số nhu yếu phẩm cho nấu ăn. Nên bổ sung thêm gạo và một số nhu yếu phẩm nấu ăn, có thể tính tiền bào giá bán phòng. - Khóa phòng cũ rất khó mở và khóa. Căn hộ không được dọn dẹp hàng ngày. Xem tiếp

This was a perfect apartment.Cleanliness was superb.I would fully recommended but the downside was the bed.The mattress was hard like a wood.Could not slept well and need to go for body massage the next day.Hope the management would look into the mattress for better comfort.Or else this is the most perfect value added clean, spacious apartment with all kitchen utensils provided. The air conditioning was not working. I was booking for a room with kitchen and they gave me a cubicle on 8th floor.There was no phone in the room to call the reception to rectify has go down personally. No drinking water in the room. The cables were not fixed on the TV. Not even a single hanger in the closet. Total disaster... Xem tiếp

The location is close to some tourist attractions but on very noisy intersection. Mattress was old and very uncomfortable, feeling the springs on my ribs. The apartment was roomy but space was not properly used with adequate and right furniture. Open kitchen was good size but don't expect to find normal cutlery and cup or mug to drink tea or coffee. Day time receptionist had inadequate training, was uncooperative and occasionally even rude. Housekeeping can benefit from better supervision, they missed to show up a couple of times. Once when they missed to check and leave toilet paper, with no phone in unit, I had to put on clothes and go to reception to get it. Apartment didn't have any international power point and hotel doesn't have adaptors. In short, if you are not Vietnamese and intend to stay here for a few days or more, initially just book for couple of days. This hotel may not meet your expectations. Xem tiếp

Good location. You can walk to the church and post office by 10 mins. Easy to find a taxi. Room serviced breakfast with choice from noodle/bread with egg/seagood fried rice and only one can be choosen... Drink only coffee... I cannot understand why not multiple choices could be made. No shampoo and bath gel. Only 2 pairs of slippers per room no matter how many people really lived in. Shower water is fine. Xem tiếp

5 days trying too contact hem without no reply,when cheacking In they tell us our room is in service and they going to give us a smaller room it’s nothing like the room we book on Agoda,on top of that I ask for a requested for a late cheackout 5 days before hand,but instead they charge us a 300vnd for extra 3 hour cheackout instead of compensating us. The entry door have a 3mm gap which people can walk pass and look through , the bathroom had no enough light like inside the clubs, the floors was dirty aircon was very weak, I prefer staying at hostel would be much better place, would not recommend this place too anyone Xem tiếp

So i have spent several months at time in and around Ho Chi Minh. The city is changing all so fast its hard to understand many things even if you come several times a years now. I like this location as there are many points of interest within 5 mins that make this location a good option depending on your interests. they have staff at the first floor most of the time (again this is a converted appartment) and keep the place running smooth. There rooms are cleaned daily and for the most part clean (ants in my last room). But the kitchen is nice as i dont like eating resterant food daily and many small goc stores within 10 min walk or a 2 min scooter. Xem tiếp

We extended our first 2 days stay to this apartment hotel as the location was convenient but service was really poor. The receptionist tricked us when i wanted to book extra nights, she asked me to wait a bit before booking, and she went on the agoda platform to raise the price. Then she told me that no choice, i have to pay thisnew price. I lived in Vietnam for 15 years before, and i knew it will happen. Super disappointing, but i was to lazy to pack all again and move for 4 nights. Place is ok, cleanliness average, toilets issues that were fixed only after 4 times we asked, cleaning of the room is not done daily, soundproofing of the windows inexistent so be ready to loud party noise till1.30 am each night ... I booked a non-smoking room, got a smoking room. Ah well, I can live with that. Apparently, there were no non-smoking rooms left (I did arrive late). Staff are super friendly, there's an ATM on the ground floor and a Gym on the second floor. There's also a bar on the top floor, which I wasn't entirely sure about - but all the staff there were friendly. Restaurant (Steak!) was so-so, but better than some places in AC. Xem tiếp
