Khi tôi book phòng qua agoda là cuối giờ chiều và hệ thống báo còn phòng. Tôi đã thanh toán thành công và hoàn thành các thủ tục. Khoảng 7h tối tôi mới có thể đến nhận phòng vì không sắp xếp đc cv để đi ngay. Nhưng khi đến ks tại hàng giấy được tiếp với thái độ vô cùng lạ. Nhân viên thông báo chị đặt muộn quá hết phòng, nhưng tôi vẫn thanh toán đc qua agoda ??? Nhân viên nói với tôi gọn lỏn hệ thống lúc nào cũng còn phòng ??? Vậy lỗi này do hotel hay do agoda ??? Dĩ nhiên tôi không thể lấy lại tiền và cũng k cần thiết lấy lại. Chỉ cần bạn nhân viên có cách nói làm sao để khách hàng có thể thông cảm chuyển sang cơ sở kc ở tô tịch. Tôi sẽ không kể chi tiết nhưng thái độ của anh nhân viên khiến tôi và chồng tôi vô cùng bực mình khi nói năng với kh bất lịch sự. Tôi đã phải chấp nhận sang kh ở tô tịch nhưng đến thì các bạn dí cho vào phòng tầng 1 phía sau nhà vô cùng xấu và ẩm thấp. Tôi yêu cầu đổi thì đưa tôi lên phòng tầng 2 dọn còn chưa kỹ đầy mùi thuốc lá. Tôi lại yc đổi thì đc cho đi bộ 5 tầng lên tầng trên cùng và đc phòng 2 giường ???? Trong khi tôi đặt 1 phòng giường lớn ??? Cuối cùng mới đc 1 phòng ở tầng 4 cảm thấy ổn nhưng thực sự lúc đó nếu không có chồng tôi thì tôi sẽ bỏ số tiền đã thanh toán và đến ngay khách sạn khác. Vô cùng thất vọng với tất cả mọi thứ của kh này ! Xem tiếp

Location hard to find , Hotel situated on the hidden street , I took one hour walk around the market until I reach the hotel then after I had learning how easy to get to the lake . The hotel is nice , very friendly staff PC and wifi in room is very useful Comfy bed , air con work well. Cheap price , value for money . Xem tiếp

Central location with good sound proofing which you need. In my case after 1 night they moved me next door which is as horrible as this hotel is nice. Next door has no sound proofing, it's dirty, worn out and you don't even get free water. There is a snack bar downstairs which wakes you early with loud music. The Prince II staff only told me I was moving rooms so you can imagine how I felt when I got back that night and found I had moved hotels. Xem tiếp

I traveled with my family of eight and we stayed in 2 family rooms. The rooms and bathroom were small, but the we had no problem with that since the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. PC computer with free internet are also provided in the room. Shuttle bus service fee from and to airport was also reasonable. We had nothing to complain. If you look for a clean, quiet, and very affordable room in the heart of Hanoi, this is the place. stayed ar two prince hotels in hanoi (ii and v). this one (ii) is a bit cheaper but provides a better atmosphere. the staff are friendly and accommodating. it can be difficult to get a reservation or extend your stay due to its popularity. the front rooms (x01) have front and side windows and must be negotiated directly with the hotel. the lobby is a bit small with no separate breakfast/eating area. This hotel has great location and very cheap. It is near with many attraction. However, There is no lift, if you stay high floor, you have to go up by stair. There is no snack bar list so when guest check out, staff will check the bin in the room and think you eat their snack bar, please be careful on that!!!!! there are many prince hotel in ha noi ( prince i, ii, iii ...). when you book a room by agoda, if there is no more room in one of these hotels, they'll ask you to move to the others. we've found that the prince ii is the best. the room is well decorated. however, there is no lift ... it was difficult for us who had heavy luggage ... room was clean and spacious, although we were staying on the top floor with no lift. there was a lot of traffic so it did get noisey during the daytime. beds were comfortable and tv and internet were provided for free. great location for bars and restaurants too. Xem tiếp

very well located in the old quarter, with easy access to food, travel agencies and shopping, a short walk to hoan kiem lake, where you find the streets become much wider, and you can walk to attractions such as hoa lo prison museum. the windows are thick which drown out much of the noise, the staff is courteous and pleasant (took my suitcase up to the 4th floor with a smile). tv and computer with internet included in the room. complimentary breakfast - got my fill of pho in the mornings! this may sound dumb, but the linens were the best-smelling linens i have experienced thus far in vietnam. what a great stay at prince hotel. staff were friendly, helpful and booked our trip to halong bay with no problems whatsoever. the only catch is there is no lift, but that did not bother us too much, as we needed the exercise after all of the fantastic food that we had been eating. prince is located in an excellent part of town and the rooms are clean and very large. Location ideal at old quarter hanoi. Good for bars and restaurants and shopping. the hotel has 6 floors and no lifts so ideal for younger fit people. we are in our twenties so 5th floor was not a problem. room was cleaned daily - beds very comfortable. bathroom has warm showers. room has a desktop computer with internet. also has a minifridge - to keep your drinks cool. breakfast was small eggs toast and some fruit. hotel also a travel agency so can arrange a day tour to halong bay and other for you too if you ask. often can do them at short notice. Highly recommended hotel - i would stay here again. staff was friendly and keen to help. Honest good people. 5 stars Xem tiếp

the hotel arranged fro trasportation from airport and brought us to the pronce hanoi hotel at bat su st. great hotel. had a big and comfortable room. very clean. great bathroom. wonderful value for your money . even though this branch costs a little more than the hang giay one they did not add any charges to our agoda coupon. really loved the hotel. when we came back from sapa at 6 am they allowed us to check in that early even though the check in time is 12 (noon). Totally we stayed 5 nights in Prince II. The first time two nights. The rooms are really nice and the breakfast and location are good. Afther the first night they asked us to switch rooms, no problem we switched rooms. Because we liked the location and the room we dicided to book Prince II again for three nights. Because we saw many angry people at the reception, they had to go to another hotel because this one was overbooked. We agreed with them that we booked another 3 nights for this hotel and not another hotel. Off we went to Sapa. From Sapa Isent them a email that we would arrive at 9pm and that they should keep our room. When we arrived the hotel had no more rooms and they just announced to us (very happy) that we were staying in another hotel but tomorrow we had to come back. Offcourse we were very angry but thre was no room so we moved to the other place. The next day they made it up to us and gave us a bigger room. But the next morning they asked us to move to a smaller room. The room we had to move to was not even cleaned yet. So if you like to move arround you should book this hotel. Xem tiếp

We think it is a very good hotel especially for that price. A very clean and good room, a decent breakfast and nice people. The location is top in the middle of the old quarter but in a quit alley. You can find everything you need in a three minute walk. All kind of restaurants, book shops, travelagency,s and places to have a drink. Transport is no problem cyclo,s, taxi's and xe oms are driving the street next to the hotel. Xem tiếp

We originally booked for one night - the room was comfortable and the service very pleasant from all staff - We were away on a road trip from Sapa to Dien Bien Phu and back to Hanoi and decided part way through trip to go back to Hanoi - a phone call and we were able to rebook as well - all very easy- would recommend to anyone Xem tiếp
