Phòng rộng, không gian thoáng, bếp rộng phù hợp với gia đình. Chỉ có không có biển hiệu Poonsa ở bên dưới toà nhà và chia sẻ toà nhà Saigon Mansion nên khó tìm. Receptionist k có, recetionist của toà nhà không hề có chút thái độ dịch vụ. Suốt ngày cắm mặt vô máy tính và điện thoại. Xem tiếp

Well situated on the border of Zones 1 and 3. Close to most of the famous tourists sights as well as convenience stores. On the negative side could do with more English language channels on TV. Would highly recommend this establishment to any potential guests. Xem tiếp

It’s within the walking distance of Independence Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica, Central Post Office, Thang Long Water Puppets Theatre, Co-op Mart (a supermarket also sells Vietnamese style ready-made food), ATMs, and good restaurants (highly recommend Phuong Chau Ky, near the left corner on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Rd.) We were upgraded from a studio to a 2-bedroom apartment. We were only allowed to use one bedroom, but 2 bathrooms were available to us, plus a nice kitchen completed with a huge refrigerator, microwave oven, laundry machine, kitchen wares and cooking utensils. We watched the beautiful sunset over Saigon from our living room and balcony. Air conditioners worked well. The comfortable bed was wider than US queen-size bed. Staff spoke good English. After we checked out, they kept our luggage in a locked room for us to pick up later. Ride to the airport is about 30-40 minutes during high-traffic periods and cost about VND$110k plus a VND$10k toll. Highly recommend! Xem tiếp

This type of accommodation is far much better than the traditional hotel booking . Great space and privacy and excellent location in the center of saigon ( which is easy for taxi driver to find) .Feeling like your own party house . A must try for group , hang-over or even just a couple . Definitely stay here again Xem tiếp

The apartment is part of Saigon Mansion Apartment. We were very confused at first since no one at reception could inform us how to go to Poonsa. But all was solved after we called the number given by Poonsa. Ms. Phang was very helpful and kind, we were very thankful to her. We were given three bedrooms apartment instead of two. Although we were not allowed to use the third bedroom but there was no fuss about it, unlike our experience in Melbourne. Thumbs up Xem tiếp

Nice modern rooms. Spacious with good furnishings. Everything that u could want is there. They don't really have a front desk but always found someone available to help us. Didn't see the Poonsa name anywhere. The building just called Saigon serviced apartments. Bit confusing at first but very minor issue. Highly recommended Xem tiếp

Good location, clean room. However, the apartment was not on par with the photos shown. Apartment is a bit run down but clean. Was told that there is a 24 hours receptionist. But when we wanted to check out at 6am, there was no one to be found and we had to wait for around 20-30 mins for a random staff to appear before we could check out. We were lucky that we were still on time to catch our flight. Xem tiếp

We checked in midnight on our canceled and delay flight, the reception person said they dont have any room that we book which is 2bedroom instead they offered us two small studio. we have no choice to except two small studio until next afternoon to get our 2bedroom. I email to manangement why they gave our room to someone else that we prepaid, and did not get any reply back. I will not stay this place again. Xem tiếp
