We stayed in this boutique hotel during the Tet holidays and booked our tour to Sapa through them. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter and walking distance to plenty of restaurants, eateries, Dong Xuan Market and the infamous Hoan Kiem Lake. Our family room was clean, huge and well equipped. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive especially Bella for her great assistance in our tour arrangement to Sapa. Their excellent services really made our stay in Hanoi a memorable one. The stay was good. I stayed in the family room for 4 pax and the room is spacious. Staff are enthusiastic in providing recommendations for attractions and eating options. It's less than 5 mins walk from Bia Hoi Corner and 10 mins from Hoan Kiem Lake. Do check out their tour package for halong bay. Xem tiếp

Our stay at the Hanoi Paradise Hotel was very enjoyable, the location is in the centre of the Old Quarter with all the hustle of the shops and cafes at your doorstep and walking distance to the lake and other sights. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet in such a busy area. The breakfast was good with most things cooked to order so always fresh and tasty. The staff were very good they made us feel very welcome and we're happy to arrange any trips or shows that we wanted to go to, this is a very friendly place to stay. Xem tiếp

We had a fantastic stay there is nothing I could fault. The hotel provides excellent value for money. The breakfast is a reasonable selection and all freshly prepared. All staff were exceptionally friendly at all times. The service felt very personal. The reception staff all spoke a good standard of English. They had great local knowledge, where to eat, shop, get massage etc and were more than happy to organise these things if you wanted them to. The room was a great size. The cleanliness and hygiene was quite acceptable for a three star hotel. The location was brilliant, right in the middle of the old quarter, which made it very easy to walk to all areas within in if you wish to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly return myself if I stayed in Hanoi again. Xem tiếp

Hanoi Paradise is located in the old quarter, very close to the Dong Xuan market. The location is fantastic. The staff were friendly, but sometimes overly friendly as they kept wanting to strike up conversations when you might have just wanted to mind your own. They did however, always provide good advice and directions. The room was very clean and really big (we got the Paradise Suite for 3 people), definitely comfortable for 3 people. All the toiletries were provided although they didn't seem too high quality. Breakfast selection was limited but the quality was quite all right (the eggs were particularly good). There's a swimming pool but it isn't a big one. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel that's value for money in the old quarter, this would be a good choice. For the price I paid, no complaints. We had a very plesant stay at this hotel. The friendliness of the staff and the service provided was the best we experienced in our two week stay in Vietnam. They helped us to book our tours and transport, without any problems. One of the staff even accompanied us and served as a guide on her own time. Its a small hotel located right in the heart of the Old Quarters. It served as an excellent base to explort the whole district. Only about 20minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. We broke up our stay as we made trips to Sapa and Halong Bay; and it was no problem leaving our luggage there. Our room was even upgraded on our 2nd and 3rd stays. Being a small hotel, you get a choice of freshly cooked breakfast, rather than unappealing buffet in some larger hotels that we experienced. Would recommend this to our friends and family. Xem tiếp

Truthfully? I never actually stayed at the Hanoi Paradise Hotel. I arrived at 6:00am expecting to be sent away or at least charge for an extra a half day. The staff cheerfully unchained the front door and advised that the hotel was full and gave me the option to return after noon or alternatively, take a taxi to their sister hotel "Hanoi Paradise Hotel 2" in Hang Bac Street at the tourist epicentre of the old Town. Hotel picked up the taxi bill (barely a dollar) and also offered buffet breakfast which we were technically not entitled to. Room was small yet furnished sensibly so as to fit a single and a double bed, plus a dresser, plus a desk, plus wardrobe and luggage bench. Separate shower recess over a small corner crouching tub. Wifi in room in addition to a desktop computer in-room. Wifi was strong although sometimes logged-out and and was difficult to log back in. Staff are very attentive from the door-person to reception to dining staff....even if one of the receptionists erroneously addressed both my daughter and myself by our middle names, this didn't detract from our enjoyment of their hospitality. Unlike Hanoi Paradise (1), the number 2 hotel has no swimming pool however this was no big issue for us. Given our early arrival we received extremely good value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. These hotels come with my highest recommendation. Xem tiếp

The helpful and friendly staff made our stay here so enjoyable, they organised laundry, day trips and so much more for us. BReakfast was delicious! Room was huge and comfortable. we booked for 4 nights but one night was spent overnighting on halong bay.we could have checked out & left our big suitcase in the care of the hotel staff, which many people do, but we felt after a 4 hour bus trip we needed another overnight & chose to keep our room.the staff are very friendly & helpful & many people leave their gear & pick it up on their way from halong bay en route to other places. one couple we met told us the staff booked the overnight train to saigon for them & knowing they had a long journey in front of them,let them stay at the hotel & use the facilities & even gave them refreshing towels & cups of tea while they waited for their train pick up.the hotel is very centrally located in the old quarter close to markets & restaurants & most of the tourist sights & the staff are very knowledgeable about them.rooms are comfy with good shower & bath.breakfast is freshly cooked & there is a reasonable variety for a small hotel.would highly recommend this hotel as a haven of peace in the chaos of hanoi. It was a pleasant stay for us. This is not a fancy hotel by any stretch of imagination. But it was good for us. The rooms were nice and comfortable, the staff was amazing, the location was very interesting. We felt more connected to the buzz of the city during our stay here. This hotel is located right in the old quarter (China Town) of Hanoi where one can see all the old buildings & night/morning market activities. The streets are narrow & the environment is noisy with cars and motorbike honking everywhere. Fortunately, the room is quite sound proof. Hawkers are seen everywhere peddling all sorts of items, from agricultural produce to food. It's an ideal place to experience the traditional & good old days atmosphere. However, for those who dislike the noisy, messy & smelly environment, this is not the place for you. But, on the whole I still recommend this hotel as it is definitely value for money as the rate is reasonable. After all, when traveling, a clean & decent room is good enough. Xem tiếp

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are clean and very spacious. The best thing is quality of the hotel staff who are incredibly helpful. The receptionist, Hannah (I hope I spelled it correctly), is wonderful. She is very pleasant and gives everyone lots of information to help them get the best out of their trip to Hanoi. The staff were so helpful. Bella and Linda were exceptional. They recommended great restaurants, cruises and were very attentive to my 3 yr old . we had some tailor issues which they helped sort out too. Hotel is a little dated but beds are big and comfortable. Breakfast is very basic but they do cook hot food to order which was tasty. Enjoyed my stay here alot Xem tiếp

We had a room at the back serviced by a lift but it felt like we were in an atmosphere vacumn. Changed to a front room which was accessed by stairs. Patchy wifi. Plenty of people love this hotel but we got better value for money elsewhere. Xem tiếp

Hanoi paradise hotel is well located in the Old Quarter district, especially for the Đồng Xuân night market (weekends. The staff are sincerely friendly and very helpful, they provided maps with directions and personal recommendations of things to see. Great variety of breakfast choices and street food near the hotel. Bánh mì stand opens right in front of the hotel and a dessert stand directly opposite the hotel in the evening. Fruits can be purchase around the corner and short walking distance to the Đồng Xuân Market. Great service and location for very reasonable price. Highly recommended hotel Xem tiếp

Very good, excellent breakfast, staff friendly, nice cold pool, good wifi etc. Some rooms don't have natural light, and have a window that looks within the building but that wasn't really a problem for us. Xem tiếp
