Khi tôi giải thích là tôi bị mắc lỗi book phòng 2 lần, bạn ấy nhờ tôi hủy đặt phòng trên hệ thống nhưng không hề hỗ trợ tôi trong việc hủy đặt phòng, bảo với tôi, tôi đã đặt qua booking. Tôi dự định nghỉ 1 đêm nhưng đã chờ đợi nửa ngày mới check out để chờ Agoda liên hệ với đối tác, sau đó cũng không hề nói một câu cảm ơn dù chỉ là lịch sự hay xin lỗi vì phiền toái mà tôi gặp phải Xem tiếp

I was my first time experience in hostel I was worried to stay in hostel but one of the traveler was staying in the same place recommend this was good I just give a try it was worth to stay the only one day but Good Good Staff are good .🤗👍🤗 Xem tiếp

Very central location for exploring Hanoi. Very clean and modern. Helpful staff, however we did have some communication issues with them about our room. Also we were got given tickets for breakfast or informed that it would finish at 9 rather than 9.30 as written at the front desk. To be fair to them they still served us but you had to push to make it happen. Rooms were again very clean and modern with air con that you could control yourself which was great. However there was very little space between beds and the large storage was under the bed so organising your things was more difficult. All the beds had curtains but as they were so close you could accidentally catch them with your bag or jacket and expose the person/couple inside! Xem tiếp

When I stayed there for the first time, it was nice and clean. So I decided to stay there few days later as well. Second time was not that good. Toilets were dirty and one morning there was no breakfast because of the TET holiday, they should have write note the day before so I wouldn't be bothered to wake up earlier. I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. It's situated right in the heart of old town on Ta Hien (Beer st) So it can be a little noisy, but perfect if you are interested in have a few Beers. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities clean. Staff friendly and helpful! Xem tiếp

The personel was nice at our arrival. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. The bedroom was nice but of course when you share it with people your awaken in the night by arrivals or departure but it's normal. The really negative point was the personel boys that smoked and make big noise at 4am on the stairs that lead to our room. Really disrespectful! Xem tiếp
