Thường đi du lịch mình sẽ chuẩn bị trước tâm lý là đến nơi sẽ ko được như mong đợi. Nhưng PAV cho mình cảm giác hơn cả mong đợi. Từ khâu đưa đón ở sân bay đến khâu check in, 2 lễ tân nam ca sáng và tối đều rất nhiệt tình chu đáo dễ thương. Nội thất còn mới, y như hình giới thiệu. Điểm tâm sáng tại phòng ngon. Chỉ có một điểm mình ko hài lòng tí xíu là phục vụ nhà hàng ko nói được tiếng Việt. Xem tiếp

Photos show you an appealing bathtub to relax with your honey. You book a room, come and find out the bathtub can’t be used - the water flow is so weak you can’t fill it even in 3 hours. And the tub leaks. You ask them to fix it in the morning, come back in the evening, nothing is done. You go to the reception, ask if anything was done, and you get a question, “sorry, what is a problem? I can send a technician to fix it”. Facepalm. Breakfast is dull, no espresso is offered. Simple set of fruits, pancakes, eggs. Expected a bit more for $140/night. Great smiles and willingness to help but overall the experience isn’t as positive as expected from the advertisement. I did a lot of research when picking a property to stay at and even then this went way beyond my expectations... It was easily the most beautiful place ive seen in my week staying in phu quoc. everything else is either a giant resort with small white rooms or very budget. The rooms are amazing and very big, the property is surrounded by butterflies, beautiful trees and koi ponds. The room was very clean and recently updated so had everything we needed and more. Our only remark is there was no pool or beach area, and more of a complaint about phu quoc itself is that all the beaches are being marked as private so unless the resort owns a piece of the beach you cant access most of it. Luckily there is a bar with loungers you can pay for at the beach directly in front of the hotel if you want some shade. Xem tiếp

Very special design on buildings and room. Good sleeping due to quite environment and nice beds. Super nice staff. Walked 1000 miles to help. Free pick up at airport. Close to nice Beach. Even the breakfast was a little special and not 100 percent my taste. Xem tiếp

This used to be part of the Long Beach resort and now they have separated. Which means Phu Quoc Ancient Village does not have a private beach, a pool nor a restaurant (though the manager confirmed the latter two are being built). Nevertheless, the resort is still very charming with its unique architecture. The amazing breakfast has so many different dishes and is delivered to your room. You can still walk to the public beach, takes only 5 minutes. Considering the booking price (less than one million, though the manager said it would increase once the pool and restaurant are completed), I think this resort was such a good deal! The only bad point is the toilet isn't completely partitioned from the bedroom, and you cannot open the window in the bathroom. So stinky smell and awkward sound are directly felt by the bedroom. I highly recommend you to stay in this hotel to have a relaxing and great time. + The Hotel has a beautiful breakfast which is served in your room. Every day we had an other menu to enjoy. The service was very quick and very helpful to organize sightseeing, trips or give good restaurants recommendations. The room itself had beautiful furnitures which is all made by wood and had an unique beauty. Around our room we had a awesome garden picnic with various of flowers and everything was in a good shape. We did not even had any issue with mosquitoes. The beach was some minutes away and perfect located. Xem tiếp

The breakfast was beyond nice! You get a lot! We also loved the room. The garden resort looks very nice and we loved the room with all that beautiful woodwork! It's 5min walk to the beach, so that's also a big plus. Weird enough it looked like we we're the only visitors in the resort. The minus is that they didn't want to pick us up from the airport because we had a "promo" price. In the first contact it was not a problem or issue. So really a minus from the start. Also renting a scooter and doing laundry was quite expensive compared to other places in Vietnam Xem tiếp
