Phải nói là chủ khách sạn rất nhiệt tình, đưa đón & hướng dẫn khách chu đáo, hỏi gì đáp nấy thậm chí còn bonus thêm extra valuable information. Khách sạn ở ngay trung tâm đường 1/4, hướng nhìn ra biển, đi bộ 1 đoạn là tới khu ăn uống sầm uất, rất tiện lợi. Có dịp trở lại Cát Bà nhất định sẽ lại đặt phòng tại đây ! Xem tiếp

Phòng rất hẹp, giường nhỏ, nhà tắm k có bàn chải, xà phòng... Tủ cũ, hỏng, chỉ có 1 điểm là khá sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên m k đánh giá cao chủ nhà, k hẳn là niềm nở nhiệt tình với khách, chủ nhà có giới thiệu cho mình các điểm tham quan, nhg đều kèm việc giới thiệu luôn chỗ ng quen để lấy hoa hồng, cảm giác k thực sự hướng dẫn cho khách mà là giới thiệu để lấy lời... The staff are lovely and very eager to help you out and provide an array of extra services - for additional cost of course- ( the hotel is on top of a family run beauty parlour, hair salon, bike rental ( and then some ) but this meant the place felt more like a busy family home than an actual hotel . The room was big and had a great sea view but it was really noisy being on the beach front. On the downside the beds were really just folded out foam mattresses and not particularly comfortable. The room was dated and shabby looking without much decor or design at all and the bathroom leaked shower water all over the floor and into the bedroom every time you took a shower . The worst thing was the fact the air on leaked all the time it was on dripping continuously down the curtains and onto the floor. (Hopefully this isn’t the case in all the rooms though) in general it’s worth it if you want an all in one basic place on the beach front where you don’t have to walk far to get anything you need for you stay . But if you are wanting something a little nicer I wouldn’t recommend it . Xem tiếp

We were charged 40$ a night at what looked like good accommodation but when we arrived we learnt it looks nothing like the photos. Hard bed. One pillow per bed. The bathroom was dirty and smelt bad. The outlets. The price was changed to $15 a night on our last night which seemed worth it. They also robed us on a tour. We booked a tour to halong bay and Lang ha bay. They only took us to Lang ha bay and only afterwards did they say we aren’t allowed to go to halong. We were promised swimming and snorkeling but did neither as the boat didn’t even have snorkel gear. Overall the location is good, but don’t pay more than $15 a room, and most certainly do not book a tour with them. Xem tiếp

well.. there is no elevator, but on roof is wonderfull terrace ...buy beer at evening and be happy :)) view on harbor and main street. on room you find everything what you need (but my room was without big window from screens), but nothing more. owner is not much kind, but helpfull with good english. his suggested trip to ha long was amazing. massage was also good Xem tiếp

Budget hotel with amazing views. We didn't even draw the curtains to be able to wake up to such ocean scenery. Make sure you request them. Nothing much to mention besides this, it's Ok, clean, big bed. There's no elevator, not even a reception (it's a massage parlor downstairs) but the guy was very helpful to book everything we needed. Mr. Khan was very helpful and friendly. He arranged everything for me. I ended up extending another night and I have no issues at all. We had a very nice stay at the hotel despite bad luck with the weather. The owner, Mr Khan helped us make the most of our time with tips for exploring the island in the rain, and some interesting information about the history of Cat Ba. The room was fairly basic but clean, and the floor to ceiling window offered a fantastic view of the bay. Xem tiếp

We've arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and were greeted by very friendly staff who took our bags to our room on the 4th floor!! there was no lift in the hotel which was not a problem for us however if you are an older traveller I wouldn't recommend it. The room was very big and clean with an amazing view. Shower was ok and the aircon was good too. The only problem was the internet it didn't work for 2 days we were there so there is definitely a room for improvement. You can rent a bike from the owner and drive around the island and its definitely worth it as it is beautiful. There is a cheap bakery next door were you can get a nice bacon and egg baguette and coffee for breakfast. The hotel rates themselves as a 0 star hotel but I would say that its a 1 star hotel. If there was a lift I would rate them as a 2 star hotel. Xem tiếp

This is a very basic place but absolutely fine. We were on Cat Ba climbing and kayaking and all we wanted from a hotel was a place to shower and flop in the evenings - Phuong Mai was ideal. Room was clean, a little over full of furniture maybe but, hey, so what. AC, electrics and hot water all worked fine. Our room had no view but a window that let some fresh air in. Stairs are steep and narrow with no lift. There's no breakfast but dozens of cafes literally next door. Owner is a character and will make you laugh. It's also worth it for the surreal experience of traipsing through a beauty salon to get to your room. Xem tiếp
