Booked 3 night but stayed only 1nite and refunded only 1 nite. In formed the hotel owner for checking out the next day after arriving on the same day. The hotel is near marble mountain and to go into city, will need to take a taxi for I don’t do motorbike. One way already 200d, It making no sense to stay on. Talked to the owner n agreed to refund 2 nights but ended up only refunded 1nite. NOT HONEST. got to know to this, there was western who booked 10 nights with them but only stayed 1n. After informing him of checking out the next day, he come to ask for passport n wanted to keep it till departure. Disagreed to it since his staff already taken picture of passport. He kept arguing insisted to have it. Refused to give him. In the end he got fed up he banged outside of the wall of the room few times. That was scary n felt for the safety. Also there was condom on the bedside, hygiene wise? found a better plc, glad to check out n moved to near to city area. Xem tiếp

We booked this hotel via Agoda for 2 nights and would not book this hotel again. Very disorganised and they kept our passports till we "paid" for the room and on three separate occasions had to tell them that I made the payment online and kept showing them the booking as they kept everything on paper and not electronic so they kept confusing themselves. The room was ok. It was not cleaned and no fresh towels were provided the next day. we going condoms on the bed when we arrived and we were skeptical about the hygiene of the place. The hotel from the beach is 2.5miles, however it is closer to the Marble Mountains. If you are planning on getting anywhere from the hotel you either have to get a taxi or rent a motorbike. I think a family lived at the hotel as every morning around 6/7am the kids would start screaming and playing around. And the Wifi did not work at all. Kommunikation Fehlanzeige. Personal spricht kein Wort Englisch. Zimmer eine Katastrophe: Wir wollten in diesem Zimmer nicht unter die Dusche. Sowohl Zimmer als auch Badezimmer verdreckt. Haare und undefinierbare Flecken auf dem Bett, Matratze ähnelt eher einem Brett, kleine Krabbeltiere am Waschbecken, Toilette ebenfalls verdreckt. Haben aufgrund des Preises nicht viel erwartet, wurden aber trotzdem enttäuscht. Nie wieder! Xem tiếp
