Since we are first timers in hanoi, settling in this hotel after a late evening flight is very practical rather than travelling at once to the city, by taxi it is just 35 mins away from the city, and i love wifi and they have it for free with very strong signal Xem tiếp

this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. we were only there for a few hours as we arrived late and had to leave very early for a flight but we were thankful for the short stay as the place was a filthy disgusting hovel. the sheets on our bed were dirty. the bathroom had no shower or bath just a basin and the toilet (of our 'no smoking' room) was full of cigaret butts and toilet paper when we arrived. despite being an 'airport hotel' this hotel is located too far from the airport to walk...and even if you wanted to try it, you would have to walk along the freeway taking your life in your hands. when we asked if we could arrange a taxi for the mrininf we were told there were no taxis in the early morning and the only way to get to the airport was to be driven by the hotel at an additional cost of 5 dollars each. we decided to risk it and just went out looking for a taxi in the morning and found one within 10 seconds and it cost us less than 2 dollars total to get to the airport! i would recommend that you stay anywhere else but here! this place is terrible!!! Terrible, paid on line arrived at hotel to be told there was no room staff wouldnt call us a taxi was left in the foyer while staff disapeared to finally take us to a room which was not that clean, the mattresse felt like a sheet over springs and although it was cheap it did not measure up to photod on internet. Have travelled SE Asia for 3 months now and this was by far our worst night. Arrived at 1am but had booked and paid for room and told hotel we would arrive at midnight. Desk clerk was asleep which I don't mind but then refused to wake up and just ignored us, after 20 minutes of not getting up a local arrived and literally dragged him out of bed. Then after showing him booking confirmation he refused to believe we had paid and wanted us to pay again. Finally got our room which was horrible, dirty, Mosquitos, bathroom dirty, only a base sheet on the bed nothing else and we couldn't get a blanket or even a top sheet. Not to mention bed was a pile of springs. Definitely not recommend this hotel Xem tiếp

There are cockroaches in the bathroom which show the hygiene level of the hotel. Old facilities,"bed of steel" and poor communication with the reception because their english are bad. Overall,it was cheap and near to the airport. I chosen it because my flight arrived around 10pm at night time. Xem tiếp

i have never ever in my life sleeped in a bed as hard as the one i sleeped in at phuong dong hotel - might as well sleep at the floor... but the room was clean and the staff was nice and very very helpful. Xem tiếp

This hotel is not for fans of luxury--more the backpacker set. It is at best a 2/2.5-star hotel for travellers who have inconvenient flight schedules out of Hanoi and don't want to make the drive to Hanoi and jsut need a bed. Make sure you have your booking e-mail. The bathroom was clean enough, and the hot water was good (after I figured out that the water heater must be turned on with a breaker switch on the wall). The comforter covers don't look like they get cleaned after each visitor, as near as I can tell. The English level of the front desk staff was adequate. Like a lot of beds in Viet Nam, the beds here are pretty hard, like one step above sleeping on a hard floor, so... There was no food offered at breakfast, but there are a couple of authentic pho places at the intersection of the hotel road with the main airport road (about a 100-meter walk). Noting luxurious, but the pho was great at 30,000 Dong (US$1.43). The hotel will arrange a taxi to the airport, but the price seems about twice what you could pay by just going to the airport road and flagging down a taxi. Xem tiếp
