We book last minute and they only had one room left at the back, room was fine smaller than rooms at front but still nice, breakfast was simply. Staff nice, will try to sell you trips but if you just say no they will not pester you, nice little pool out front, it’s location is about 20 min walk to town and 25 cycle to beach, it’s $7.5 to rent scooter or $5 if you rent from up the road, they can arrange a car to airport for around $15 which is a fair price Xem tiếp

Not quite as nice as the pictures but clean and comfortable, one downside being the poor ventilation in the bathroom which left a lingering damp smell in the room. Also a little far out unless you're renting a bike/don't mind a long walk. Nice reception and pool area and friendly staff. Xem tiếp

A slight disadvantage for some would be the mile walk or cycle ride into the town centre. ( bicycles provided.) The advantage for me is that it's a peaceful retreat. If necessary a Grab taxi or motorcycle is also an option. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could, arranging trips, taxis, and always with a smile. I found that I was dealing with friends rather than staff. Hoi An itself is such an enchanting place that is easy to stroll around but it is always nice to know that you have a good temporary home to relax in when you wish to. Xem tiếp

This was my second stay here as with the first stay I was absolutely impressed with the kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nhi and Hoa the two receptionists went way above and beyond to be helpful and friendly in each and every way. They more than answered our questions and helped us line up our itinerary right down to drawing up little detailed highly accurate little maps for our nightly adventures. Kudos to the both of them. Phuc Thao Villa is located at the end of a lane off a busy street. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast choices were good. Because of cool, rainy weather , I did not use the pool; however it looked very clean and the area surrounding. The only negative would be that the bikes are very old and hard to adjust the seat. Great value for money, room was clean, bathroom was large. Not ideal location. About 2kms from old town - but was an easy bicycle ride. (Which the hotel provides for free) would stay again. Xem tiếp

The pool was very nice, however smaller than on the pictures. The rooms were very nice, spacious, clean, and bathroom had separate shower from toilet. It was slightly far from the centre of the Old town, but very quiet and calm. Breakfast was good, pretty much the same as in every Vietnam hotel.
