Lần này đi du lịch cùng gia đình, đã ởi lại khách sạn này 1 đêm, co hoàn cảnh rất im tịnh và đằng sau khách sạn có cái hồ, bọn trẻ đã tự chèo thuyền ở đấy ( miễn phí ). nag2y đại sảnh có 1 quầy bar, buổi tối có thể thưởng thức âm nhạc và trò chuyện cùng gai đìng và bạn bè Xem tiếp

Phòng sạch đẹp, có bể sục ngoài lan can. Từ phòng nghỉ đến nhà ăn khá xa, không có xe điện chở khách nên khá bất tiện khi di chuyển cùng con nhỏ (dưới 1 tuổi) và người cao tuổi. Phòng ăn không có điều hòa, ăn tối thì ok chứ ăn trưa thì nóng quá Xem tiếp

There are free wifi, a restaurant, bar, pool, and billiards table; a big lake with kayaks to keep you entertained. The restaurant has many food choices and they are delicious and reasonable . We did have lunches and dinners during the vacation here because its a bit far from towns ! Staff at front desk are extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. After checking out and on the way back to Dong Hoi city, we realized that we forgot 2 luggages besides reception desk and we called the receptionist. 2 hours later, they brought our luggages to the bus station for us. I stayed there for a night with my friends. We enjoy kayaking, swimming in the pool and fresh air, very nice lake view. The facilities is quite new and tidy. Helpful staff. Very satisfy. Xem tiếp

Biggest disadvantage is they it is far from town with no shuttle. So you need to pay 150000 each way or eat in the hotel or buy tour tickets at a premium compared to pricrs in town.  Large rooms Poor internet in room 6. Stayed 3 nights. 1st night noisefrom party in property next door. 3rd night party in the hotel. Both till 11pm.  Ok food. They were adept to our requests Some staff are helpful and speak good English. Some staff are useless and have no idea what they are doing. Xem tiếp

My parents are 60 years old. We booked a bungalow by the lake. The view is really nice and enjoyable. The staffs are really friendly and supportive. The resort owner gave some good recommendation which is suitable for my parents and they are really happy with the recommended tours. It would be better if the room is more well-equipped and more modern. The breakfast is quite simple. By the way, we love this place and will come back, for sure. Xem tiếp

We stayed in one of the bungalows right on the lake and it was beautiful. The room was huge, with a lanai and great bathroom. The hotel has free wifi, a restaurant, bar, pool, and billiards table to keep you entertained. The restaurant has many food choices and they are delicious and very cheap! Unfortunately, we were there from Oct 13-15 when we were caught in a major monsoon, which killed 21 people in the area. There was so much rain in a 24 hour period, but luckily our hotel was on higher ground. We lost electricity the entire time we were there and unable to leave to sight-see. The staff was very accommodating. We ended up spending the day in the restaurant/bar area. Because they had generators, we still had wifi and they were able to serve us food and cold drinks. The owner of the hotel came around and made sure that everyone was comfortable and did whatever she could. The next day when the rain settled, knowing that we were leaving soon, they hired us a car to take us around town. They also booked a boat and called the Chicken Eco-Farm and they opened up their restaurant to cook for us! The entire staff was great to us through this unfortunate situation. Because there was no electricity, they even let us check out at 5:30pm instead of 12pm and booked us a car to the airport. If I ever decide to come back to the area, this is the only place I would stay! Xem tiếp

We stayed one night and had booked a double room. Unfortunately the window was broken, so heat and noise from Vietnamese family staying in the room next to ours (had to walk by that window to get into their room) came straight in. We were then upgraded to a bungalow. Would book a bungalow directly if I came back, it's worth it if you want some piece and quiet. The double rooms are all facing the pool, so you need to keep curtains closed unless you want ppl to peek in.. Bungalow was new and well equipped and had a balcony oberlooking the lake. Hotel also houses backpackers in dorms and had a Vietnamese bus group when we were there. So would recommend bungalows if you want quiet. Food in the restaurant was good. Xem tiếp

Really enjoyed our stay - view of the lake spectacular, location away from traffic noise, facilities top notch, food very good. Should have stayed there more than the 2 nights we did (getting to Phong Nha and back plus both caves is tough to do in such a short time). Xem tiếp
