This place was great for the price. It is right in town, so it's definitely ideal if you are staying in Phong Nha for only a couple of days. The main lobby/restaurant is super cute. Definitely a great place to sit and grab a drink. Lunch/dinner menu is reasonable and tasty. Breakfast came with unlimited tea/coffee which was super nice. I would probably suggest to stay away from ordering the pancakes as they were quite small comparative to other hotels in Vietnam. So it probably won't fill you until lunch time. Their fried eggs and omelets were great though. The rooms were very spacious. Great bathroom as well. We did find a massive cockroach but just the 1. When we checked in we noticed that the cleaning staff wasn't changing the top blanket and just putting it back onto the bed with no top sheet. We talked about it with the front desk and they instantly went and changed it for us. Idk just beware I guess. The view from the balconies are great! The wifi was also great no issues Xem tiếp

You get what you pay for in life. On checking in I noticed that my pillow was damp. I mentioned it to the staff and she said its NOT basically calling making out I lie about it she then Che led other pillows and they are all the same I opened the case and the pillow it's self had black mould on it.. . Nice. It was late so I stayed just didn't use the pillow at all. The following morning I noticed the room window was running with damp and my bags were also damp. It maybe the time of year but its not acceptable rooms should be aired and cleaned. Breakfast was a joke constantly no coffee even after asking several times and food is cooked a long time in. advance to save service time but brought to you cold... Xem tiếp

The room we had was clean, big with a toilet, a shower and a window. We were able to rent out a cheap scooter to explore the surroundings. For breakfast you can choose one dish from the menu - it was okay. Unfortunately the toilet door in our room was broken. The staff acted very nice in first place but after a day it changed. We could not refill our water bottles with the canisters in the restaurant because they wanted to sell their bottled water. As we wanted to book a bus the only girl with good english was sleeping on the table. The other girl just left us alone as we talked to her about the little water problem. They chained a little baby cat in the back and one of the cooks pretended to beat a chicken with chicks to hear her screaming. All in all they acted pretty unprofessional and we would never come here again. Xem tiếp

This hostel is for sure the place to be in Phong Na. Whether you're sleeping here for the night or not, you'll probably still end up here at night for the bar and restaurant. Don't be fooled though, the bedrooms are upstairs and are completely quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. We booked the dark cave and paradise cave tour through the tour, as well as night bus to Hue. This is why I say this hostel is like the center point for your tourism needs. The free breakfast was delicious by the way!! And the herb foot bath promotion for the place a couple buildings down was very nice after a day of hiking. This place for sure must be a lot of fun during peak season. (Visited in Oct/Nov) Xem tiếp

Arrived at 4am in sleeper bus with no issue checking in. Room had minimum but as expected for the price. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom smelt REALLY bad all the time! Only had room service one out of 4 nights there. Location was great. Breakfast was great got to order off the menu. Unfortunately the staff were a huge downfall. We actually had seen on the reviews that the bikes they have for rent were not good. We rented one one day and it was fine. The next day we rented one, went out for a tour came back then decided to go back out again to find that they had given away our bike with all of our petrol in it! They gave us a new one and 50,000vndto replace gas (annoying we had to go fill it again!) and it broke down a few meters up the road. They were very rude about it and got us another bike. We decided to stay another night prior but they had us pay at the end and didn’t match the price Agoda gave us! Bumped it 10$ more. Every other hostel has matched the price! Not good. Xem tiếp

Our stay here was awesome! The room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom was really big(not super common from our experience in Vietnam) Comfortable bed, super clean room and delicious breakfast- you could chose anything off the restaurants menu which was lovely! The hostel is very close to Easy Tiger which is a popular spot for travellers to party in the evenings- but far enough away that the dance music doesn’t keep you up at night! We only stayed one night as we were gearing up to leave Phong Nha however we would have loved to stay longer! Highly recommend Xem tiếp

We went for two days and stayed for 5. Had a private double. The breakfast that is included is great! You can pick from the full restaurant breakfast menu, and coffee/tea you fill yourself. The road is noisy, and you will hear all the bikes in the morning, but the lounging area is nice and the girls that work there are friendly. We got offered late checkout at 2pm as we were going on the night bus, for a late nap and shower. New towels are given almost daily, which really isn’t necessary, fast WiFi, and nice balcony views to the back (a limestone karst is right in your face). -NO water refills was a bummer.
