We enjoyed our stay here - good room with outdoor seating and view of the mountains. Host was very helpful, but at times too pushy to sell a tour, when we wanted to explore phong nha in our own way and time which we did on motorbikes and very much enjoyed. If you do hire motorbike from here, pay a little more to ensure you get a reliable one as we had a couple of issues with ours. Xem tiếp

We had a wonderful stay at Friendly Home. The bungalows were clean and spacious and had beautiful views of the mountains. The family that runs Friendly Home were amazing and even invited us to family dinner.the location is close to the centre and only a short bike ride away. We would 100% return back. Food is delicious as well. You need to stay here, you will not regret it!! Xem tiếp

Pros: the location was not in a busy area which was nice. Room was nice but on first floor so needed to keep curtains closed all the time. Food was good but a bit over priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: We we offered a pick up from bus station but never mentioned a fee until later were told no free breakfast the first day. First morning got endless sales pitches for tours even when we were eating. Tours are are cheaper when booked in town. Lots of children crying and noise but I understand ut was a homestay. Bicycles were pretty worn out and not great to ride. I rented a motorbike but it had problems so I returned it for another one. The one they brought was more expensive so I refused it. Best thing for trips and bikes is go to main st to Happy Homestay and they are super for trip planning and motorbike rentals. Overall not a bad place to stay if you know about these things. Xem tiếp

A lovely family and good room, with comfortable beds. We were booked onto the wrong tour, were hugely over charged for a train they kindly booked for us, and breakfast was distinctly average. The free bikes were broken, but they offered us their motorbike instead which was very nice of them. However, we slept well, the location was good for the tours and the town and they gave us a free ride to the train station. Good value overall! Xem tiếp

We really loved this place. The private bungalows were clean and beds comfortable. The location is a little outside of town, but we had a motorbike so it really wasn’t a big deal. Honestly, I’m happy we were outside of the main strip, it made it feel like we were more in the mountains. Breakfast was solid, but simple. The family is so smiley and friendly. On our first night, the owner even drove us in his car to pick up our luggage bc we had taken a motorbike from Hue- totally unexpected kindness! The only con I’d say is that the bathroom ceiling does not go all the way up, so make sure you’re verrryyyy comfortable with your partner haha otherwise, this place was perfect! Xem tiếp

Very friendly and helpful staff! The food was very good and they provided us with lots of information about the cave tours. You can get a bike for free or rent a scooter to explore the surroundings. The location is about 1,5km from the centre - I preferred this location since it was nicely located close to the river and very calm and relaxed with a nice view on the mountains. The room was the cleanest I've seen so far (even under the bed!). The only negative thing was that the bathroom within the room doesn't have a ceiling so you hear everything. Xem tiếp

We stayed here two night after our initial accommodation gave our room to somebody else while we were on an oxalis tour. We booked via Agoda at 18:40 and got there at 19:00. They had already prepared the room and were ready to warmonger welcome us. They were very helpful in many ways, we used the free bicycles, rented a motorcycle, ate at their restaurant (great food) and they booked the next leg of our journey for us. Since their English is great it really made it easy for us. The room was all that we could dream of! Clean, spacious, with a kettle, fridge, blow dryer and big bathroom with hot shower, etc. All in a quiet environment! We loved our stay at Phong Nha Friendly and we definitely recommend it! Xem tiếp

Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, allerdings kein Zimmerservice und Handtuch Wechsel nur nach Aufforderung. Bei Anreise war es unmöglich, die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren; Das Telefon wurde angeblich bei einem Freund vergessen. Taxi abends unmöglich zu bekommen. Essen ist sehr gut; Personal ist freundlich. Unterkunft ca 2 km außerhalb des Zentrums;.im großen und ganzem ok; Es wäre unfair wenn ich sagen würde nicht zu empfehlen; Xem tiếp

Uns hat das Friendly Home sehr gut gefallen! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden auch abends direkt vom Bus abgeholt und zum Homestay gebracht, da dieses am Ortsrand liegt. Was aber zur Folge hat, dass die Zimmer ruhig gelegen sind. Die Frühstücksauswahl (nicht inkludiert) war sehr gut und sehr lecker! Xem tiếp
