Not very clean in the room, the pillow was so dirty and not washed, it a share bathroom, and it is very dirty. Private room doesn't have real walls and the owner live in the room next to you, so you can hear everything in there. Very loud when you want to sleep! Xem tiếp

If you were just like me - Didn't read up the reviews for this place before booking a room, you will regret not reading the reviews. The receptionist of the hostel is a 16 year old boy who does not speak English. The room was SUPER WARM. 8 beds with one bad air con and a partially useless fan. Toilets were smelly. I am not very picky ton where I would stay but this one is bad one. I hope they can improve on it. The other male staff who speaks English fine. Xem tiếp

The water stopped working dirt came out the people who worked there didn't care. Their English was very bad so they misunderstand most questions. All the motorcycles were broken. Super dangerous to drive them. The good thing was that there was breakfast included, but that was something you had to figure out yourself because they won't tell you... Xem tiếp

The hostel wasn't my favorite or the nicest I've stayed in but it's not as bad as everyone says. I stayed for two night and you get what you pay for. It's the perfect place for budget travelers who aren't too picky. I still went to easy tiger every night to hangout with friends. They also let you sleep in the bed when you arrive at 5am for free so that is nice. Xem tiếp

Basically one big room that is sort of partitioned into two rooms, unfortunately this means you can hear everything happening in the place; with approximately 20 backpackers catching late night buses and noisy bathrooms it was very difficult to sleep. Also the staff accidentally overbooked and people in our room had to share beds. Xem tiếp

I've been traveling in SE Asia for 5 months and have booked with a lot of places. This place is a NO. Book with them and here is your future. When you arrive they will tell you no bed is ready. They will tell you to wait a few hours. When you decide to instead get a refund and stay at Thien Phu hostel, they will lie and promise you the refund at 7am. When you return, they will play dumb and you will have to dispute the charges with Agoda. The hostel will lie to Agoda about your arrival time. You will be screwed. Also, I saw the Double room. Instead of walls, it has room dividers. Not actually a room, just a blocked off space in the dorm. No reputable booking site should do business with this hostel. Xem tiếp

I booked over 48 hours before I arrived, but when I got there at 9:45PM, they told me (and another girl who had booked through booking.com) that there were no beds for us as their computer "hadn't been working" (but people who had been here the day before told me that the wifi was working just fine....). The staff was really nice and tried to find a room for us but the whole town seemed to be completely booked. They offered us to sleep on the sofas in the dorm, which we agreed to because, frankly, after 10PM, you just don't care as long as you have somewhere to put your bag down. The weirdest part though was that, around midnight, the last staff member up showed us two empty beds in the dorm?? So I just think they are massively disorganized and only "found out" about those empty beds when everybody else was in bed. Though I do wonder if the staff member would have bothered directing us to those beds if he hadn't wanted to sleep on the sofa himself.... The next day, other backpackers were sleeping on the sofa, so I don't know if they had bookings or not, or if they just fill up the dorm to maximum capacity. Considering this is a 22 people dorm and some people leave at 4AM, I slept surprisingly well. Each bed has a socket and a light and there's lockers. Only two showers/toilets though and people who haven't already checked-in or who have already checked-out use them too, so it can get messy. Breakfast was decent, internet worked fine, laundry is 30000 dong/kg. I did a tour with them, and though you can do it cheaper by yourself, it was a good option if you'd rather not drive a motorcycle in Vietnam: the tour went smoothly, the lunch was plentiful and very good, our guide spoke decent English. Quand j'y suis allé, je ne sais pas si la guesthouse venait d'ouvrir. le dortoir à haut plafond sans lumière, entouré de murs en "contre plaqué" reste sommaire, mais suffisant pour y passer la nuit (1 nuit lors de mon passage pour la phong na cave). N'ayez pas peur des petites araignées au plafond. le personnel est très serviable, très gentil. Xem tiếp
