I like the way they make sure customer are safe. hotel always called me ask if I want to allow visitor to come to my room, and they double check my welfare after someone leave the room. they always make sure their customer is safe. and always value their customer opinions. my rooms is clean and neat. facilities and staff is good and friendly. love it. will definitely recommend this property to friends and acquaintances Xem tiếp

Basic, small hotel with friendly staff. Quang was very friendly, courteous and accommodating when I needed to change room. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooms toward the front of the hotel were very noisy from the street traffics . Get rooms toward the back if you want some peace and quiet time. Terrible Experience with the Staffs At Phoenix Hotel. 1) We were not allowed to bring food back into the hotel room. I understand that and politely asked then if we can have our food in the hotel dining area but were told to eat out food outside the hotel. What a great service! 2) Hotel do not provide complimentary mineral water, as it was time for my medication I took the water bottle from the fridge with an intention to buy a new water bottle to replace it before I checkout. I even bought two water bottles of the same brand to replace the one that i took. When I checkout on the third day, to my horror the staff told me that they will be charging me for the water bottle that I took from the fridge dispute that I replaced it with two. 3) I didn't expect the quality of the hotel's staffs to be cheaper than the hotel's accommodation rate. An advice to tourists please avoid this hotel as they go all the way out to rip tourist's money. Worst service and experience one could have get. Xem tiếp

economical hotel with large room. Hotel staff is also friendly. Only thing is I got a twin bed instead of double bed that I booked. During checkout, I forget my passport as hotel kept it. Hotel realized when I am on way to airport. They informed Agoda and agoda called me. luckily my number with Agoda is still valid. Hotel staff drove to airport to pass me the passport within 35 mins from call. luckily I made it in time. Xem tiếp

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff made me feel welcome the moment I stepped into the hotel. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were much bigger than what I had expected, and every thing in the room is very clean. The breakfast is quite good, although if you wake up late, there is only one dish available. I travel more than 6 times a year and this hotel is by far has the worst staff attitude and hotel policy ever. We booked 2 rooms and arrived early at the hotel(10am) and we asked if we could have early check in (check in time is 12pm) because my baby is running a high fever. They will have to charge us an additional half day rate should we want to do it. We opted out. After we checked in, we requested for an additional towel and they insisted they will have to charge us for the extra towel. The worst incident happened later in the evening. My aunt was waiting for us at the lobby and sat cross legged on the bench when the supervisor came over and told her off for sitting in that manner. He further says that shes is an embarrassment to woman for sitting like that. The next day we wanted take back our passport from them to do other bookings when they questioned me if I'm going to move to another hotel. I find it appalling that such hotel continues to be in business given their gross level of service attitude. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. There are better hotels in the region. Good service, from front floor to the security guard. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Manager Mr Huang is a very experienced person from service field. He knows how to serve customer. I stay here because I have some business at An Dong Plaza and meeting friends in china town. a bit far away from district one. but things selling here is cheaper than there. Nearby attraction, Shopping for clothes and bags at Cho Binh Tay and An dong Plaza. SPA and buffet dinner at windsor hotel. Xem tiếp
