Nice breakfast, great that bicycles were free to use. Location was about a 5-10 minute easy bike ride into town which we really enjoyed. About 15 mins cycle to the beach. Friendly and helpful hosts. Spacious room that was very clean. Would stay here again no problem! Xem tiếp

Lovely spacious rooms. Excellent wifi! A decent breakfast. Free bicycles to use. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful with good English being spoken. Cable tv with an English channel for movies. 0.3km to the Old Quarter and 3km to the beach, with a few restaurants right around the corner, so all in all a great location. Xem tiếp

Really enjoyed our time at Phoenix Homestay, will definitely be back. The pictures are exactly as the room and property is. Spotlessly clean, everything a traveler needs. Excellent bathtub & shower with very strong hot & cold water. Lovely balcony, latest smart TV with lots of channels, very good internet (20Mb +) very comfortable bed with excellent linen and nice to have slippers and robes. Lots of electric sockets, fridge (with small freezer for ice cream!) tea & coffee making facilities - everything worked and like new. Very welcoming family with lots of friendly local advice (but not salesy, like other places we've encountered around Vietnam). Lovely breakfast, free bikes to rent. EXCELLENT facilities and service, these guys really know what they're doing. A really easy, delightful stay, thankyou :) Xem tiếp

There is nothing bad to say..... This place is really value for money, breakfast freshly prepared and rooms are big and comfy beds. Bathrooms are very big and new... Ita really worth it...town about 1.5km away but trust me if i say you dont want to stay in the town....tooo noisy. Thus this is on a quiet town with a lovely family running it... When I arrived at the Homestay I had a great welcome, except they wanted to hold my passport! I let then have it for a a couple of days but then decided to take it back. Was not feeling safe without my passport. Room was not cleaned the second day I stayed, even though I came back late. The soap was never replaced, even the empty bottles. The lady owner was nice until she found out that I was here for business, then everything changed. She was no longer nice and when I tried to sign up for the Saturday and Sunday events, conveniently that week they were not having Saturday event which was meeting & talking to the neighbors. So I asked about the Sunday event of going to the Market to prepare for dinner with the family. Now as far as I am concerned if this was posted as an event, the owners should honor that event. The homestay was no where near the old town or even a restaurant or cafe. A sandwich could be had outside on the street. Unlike so many travelers, I do not eat street food. Bikes were free and one day I used one. Worked fine. If had not been for her sister and little sister, I would not have been served breakfast and any other help I needed. I would not recommend this for a family as it is to far from everything. Single travelers this might be OK, but do not let them know if your are there in Hoi An for business. I will not use this homestay again I have stayed in Guest Houses in Malaysia, Bangkok, and Singapore that was way better then this place. Xem tiếp

I honestly would've moved in here if they'd let me. Great family, really nice property and rooms, free bicycles, wonderful breakfast. The location is a bit out of town but for us that was great because it was only a 10 minute cycle into the main area and the street we stayed on was very calm and quiet. Definitely recommend! An old friend and I met for a couple of days in hoi an and found the Phoenix online based on price point more than anything else. Upon arrival, we were so pleased to find our room to be incredibly large, high ceilings, a bathroom with a bathtub, AND a private balcony! We ended up staying four nights we were so comfortable! In addition to the wonderful room, we had a delicious breakfast included each morning. And most importantly, the owner, Emily and her sister were wonderful hosts. We utilized the free bicycles several times and rented a motorbike for five dollars for the day. Emily had a plethora of information, let us park our bicycles for free at her sister's clothing shop in town, and was completely responsive to any requests we had. The guesthouse is a bit outside of old town, which we personally liked, very quiet, yet convenient to a mini market for small things, a five minute bicycle ride to old town, and a fifteen minute ride to the beach. I would absolutely stay at the Phoenix again if I were in Hoi An and I encourage you to do the same! Xem tiếp

Cet Homestay flambant neuf dispose de grandes chambres agréables, certaines avec balcon, très propres et bien équipées. Il n’est pas dans l’hyper centre mais les vélos sont à disposition gratuitement et on rejoint le centre ville en quelques minutes. Il se trouve en revanche au bout de la rue de l’arret de bus, donc très pratique. Les petits déjeuners étaient corrects, avec choix entre pancakes ou œufs accompagnés de fruits et d’un jus frais ou café. La literie était très confortable. La salle de bain impeccable avec eau chaude et baignoire. La famille très accueillante et s’occupe des réservations de bus ou excursions. Nous recommandons vivement! Xem tiếp

Tout est impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est serviable et attentif. On bénéficie à la fois d’un accueil familial et d’une structure et équipements digne d’un bon hôtel moderne. C'est vraiment du professionnalisme. Bon petit déjeuner. Le menu change quotidiennement. Wir hatten bei Agoda ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht, zumindest konnte man dies aufgrund der Bilder erwarten. Da meine Freundin Asthma hat, achte ich immer darauf ein Zimmer mit Fenster zu buchen. Als wir eingecheckt haben, wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einem winzigen Fenster, nicht nach draußen, sondern in den Schlafraum der Familie gegeben. Als ich die Besitzerin darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht habe und sie uns bitte ein anderes Zimmer geben solle, wurde sie gleich patzig und aggressiv. Sie hätte kein anderes Zimmer. Komischerweise konnte ich aber über Agoda zur gleichen Zeit theoretisch noch ein Zimmer buchen. Also wurden wir auch noch angelogen. Die beste Aussage von der Besitzerin war, wenn wir "unhappy" sind, sollten wir doch bitte ein anderes Hotel wählen. Das nennt man Kundenservice. Nicht empfehlenswert!!! Xem tiếp

Location is not far from the old town, guest house offers free bicycle, a few minutes can reach, the environment comfortable, clean and neat, the owner family was very friendly, provide all kinds of information and help!
