If your only in town for a night for a lay over flight then it's perfect. Room however was very small with a view of a cement wall. They don't do any breakfast and there isn't any restaurant at the hotel Xem tiếp

The hotel is quiet, clean but staff performance is very poor due to lack of proper training and being managed. You should request to have the room serviced with insects spray everyday when they do room service. You will feel safe staying there, good to stay for a good sleep over night or two though. Xem tiếp

I only stayed here because I had a meeting close by the next day, and otherwise I would recommend nobody stay at this horrible hotel. Most staff does not speak any English and they are very inattentive to guest needs. I arrived late at night and the gate was closed, so I called the front desk to let me in. The front desk lady could not understand english but could see me standing outside the gate. I told her repeatedly to let me in but she just stood there. Finally I had no choice but to climb over the gate dangerously to get myself in. No apology whatsoever from the front desk lady when I got in. Unbelievable. After that, foubd the room dirty with no amenities. A horrible experience. Xem tiếp

Comfortable stay for the few nights I was there, except that the hot water in the shower took quite awhile to come, and at times the water was barely lukewarm. Housekeeping was a litle shoddy as there was a shirt left in the wardrobe, probably owned by the previous occupant. Fine, I only stayed for one night as part of my transit time. The staff are friendly, some speak better English than others, none were fluent. My room was interior, so the only window gave me a view of air conditioners. I only wanted it for a place to sleep and keep my things and it was great for that. Xem tiếp

The hotel was generally comfortable, except for the occasional mosquitoes in the room and the one baby lizard I saw. The ceiling light for my room wasn't working and was told by the staff that it's normal, and they refused to change my room for me. For the price, I've stayed in better hotels in Ho Chi Minh. This room was nice for the price. The air conditioning takes a bit to cool down but it holds just great. The place is quite secure, and the main entrance is even guarded at night. The staff is even able to help English-speaking folks like me. The bathroom was nice too, with a shower equipped with body wash & shampoo. Hot water was always there too. No complaints here. Xem tiếp

This hotel has many staff who can speak Chinese language.The sad thing is that no breakfast was provided.Because at Le Van Sy road in the morning it is very difficult to find breakfast and I have to walk quite a distance to have a KFC chicken burger. Xem tiếp
