Quá tệ cho căn hộ tại Mường Thanh Center, thang máy mỗi lần lên xuống nửa tiếng đồng hồ, tầng không có người mà cũng mở cửa, mở cửa thang máy từng tầng, chật chội, nóng nực. Nhân viên bảo vệ thì như muốn ăn tươi nuốt sống chỉ vì có mấy đồng bạc lẻ gửi xe thôi, thật là quá đáng, mỗi lần ra vào là 4k qua đêm thì 7k. Thật sự chuyến du lịch tại nơi này bực bội nhiều hơn là vui vẻ. Thiết nghĩ nên chia sẽ cho những ai sẽ đặt cho chuyến du lịch sắp tới xem xét kỹ lưỡng rồi hãy đặt phòng. Never come back. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và tiện nghi đầy đủ các dụng cụ gia đình như chén dĩa,bếp,xoong nồi,máy giặt.Thích hợp cho các bạn nào ở lâu ngày muốn tự lo việc bếp núc,giặt giũ. Vị tria trung tâm,nằm trên đường Trần Phú,thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển vui chơi,view ấn tượng từ trên cao xuống bãi biển Nha Trang. Nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Tôi đến sớm và đã đc nhân viên hỗ trợ cho check in trước vài tiếng. Nhược điểm duy nhất ở đây có lẽ là thang máy. Dù chung cư có 3 thang máy nhưng do cao tầng và nhiều phòng nên việc chờ thang máy sẽ hơi lâu một chút. Nếu có dịp quay lại Nha Trang tôi vẫn sẽ chọn ở đây. Xem tiếp

There’s always a danger booking a room based on photos. The photos look great but are deceptive. Our room didn’t look as big as the photos and wasn’t as big as the advertised room size. We paid for a balcony but the size of it was so small and most of that was taken by a washing machine and drying rack. One person could perhaps stand on the balcony. Furthermore the balcony was in an alcove of the building facing another wall. If you stuck your head out over the balcony wall, you could just see a peekaboo view up the coastline. But it was not really viewable in the room. Just the neighbors rooms about 5 meters away. So that part was misleading. Now to the staff. I immediately sent an email and a text message to the official Phantasia address and phone number. I asked to be moved to a room with an actual usable balcony. They never ever answered either in our whole week. That’s unacceptable. So waiting for slow and infrequent elevators to the 42nd floor was a waste of time. Xem tiếp

We were disspointed at the fisrt time came to this place because we couldn't contact to property owner, the number is died. After going around and asking many people, mosty securities ones, they showed me the way in but fist the securities guy charged me for 360.000vnd for 4 days car parking. Then he took me move around and wait for 15 minutes before going up to see the receptionists' room at 31 floor which is very dirty one, after waiting for another 10 minutes, I finally could see them who were really impolite then they gave me the towers and key to my room at 40 floor with no instruction. At the fisrt step in, we could not stand the room, we used to hope that despite the dirty building outside, the inner room should be looklike the images, but nothing was. We decided to change to another hotel and leave the room despite how much money I paid (4 million vnd for 4 nights). Next I did lcontact to Agoda to complain but it, with its going gown service recently, help me nothing. Xem tiếp

The staff is very friendly and responsible. The first room that we stay have an issue regarding the air-conditioner. They send technician in a short time but it can’t be fixed. Then, the management straight away offer us to change a room. The room is clean and big for 4-5 people. They will clean your room everyday. The price is affordable too. The only thing is that sometime you have to wait long time for the lift. Xem tiếp

We faced some troubles with the check in as they do not have the a proper lobby. The lift also take quite long waiting time and terrible, not safe at all. The receptionist gave the room not matched with my booking and I asked them the reason but she can’t answer me. They keep replace another room to us which are unsatisfied to us. Or else, they said can refund us the full amount. Feeling disappointed experience for the first time 😥. Xem tiếp

Phantasia is now managed by Nha Trang beach and the contact details aint right anymore. Had to call around to have the contact info of the actual host cause they aint provide necessary info to guest before coming (no phone call, no email, no message) In general, staffs are all nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped. However the air-con in private room was unstable, it’s dead sometimes and needed to reset. All previous reviews are true about elevator problem. There’re 3 elevators but 1 didn’t work during our stay, normally had to wait for at least 5 minutes to go up/downstairs but not a big deal tbh. We went out daytimes so it’s all we need for a good sleep. Xem tiếp

I could not find the apartment because it is behind the Muong Thanh hotel and I could not call the owner because wrong tel no. in booking confirm as explained by receptionist. I hope they already revise the tel no. in Agoda system so it will not confuse the guests. Xem tiếp

Apartment is clean and fully equiped with facility such as kitchen tools, washing machine,... However, the elevator is terrible and not safe at all. One more thing, we stayed there 3 days but 1 day is blackout from 5am to 8pm and can not get in touch with the owner of apartment. In general, the price is ok with the quality of service. Xem tiếp

The room is big and it’s located near the main city area and the beach, great view!! However, the staffs of the accommodation are not so initiative. We booked a shuttle from airport to the apartment, we waited for about an hour at the airport. Besides, some facilities needed to be improved. Electric heater is using in the bathroom but it’s just have around 10mins time for shower. After that, the main power will be automatically switch off and you need to wait for re-power on. The water pressure of the shower is weak and there’s leaking of water at the bottom of the sink. This problem is raised but seems no one have been come to fix it. In conclusion, I would not recommend travellers to stay in this accommodation. There’s lots of choice that can be choose regarding this price and value. And finally, I hope the management of this apartment would perform better in the future. Then, it will be a nice accommodation for the visitors. Xem tiếp

Pros- aircon, windows open, relatively new and clean, has a microwave, cold fridge, kettle, stovetop and washing machine all work in Good condition just need to wiggle electric connection. Is across from the beach, cleaner comes daily with fresh laundry (freshest I have experienced in Vn), WiFi is strong, tv has clear reception and foxtel. Cons-elavator is a little wait but not too long, no facilities unless you pay at the adjacent motel which is exxy. Need to prompt cleaner for laundry liquid which is not unusual for vn. Overall for the cost I find it very acceptable and convienant. The contact that you received key and advice from communicates well and is keen to help. Unsure is all rooms are as lush Xem tiếp
