Tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ rất vui tại Hostel này. Hostel nằm ở trung tâm thành phố, do đó cũng tiện đi lại tới khu phồn hoa của thành phố, hơn nữa lại khá gần khu phố Tây (Bùi Viện - Quận 1), đây là trải nghiệm thú vị khi được nhìn một phần của Sài Gòn với rất nhiều người Tây ngồi vỉa hè, uống cafe. Vấn đề tôi không hài lòng, đó là về Agoda, tôi đặt phòng cho 2 người và thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng, trong confirmation lại ghi chú là 3 người lớn, việc này gây phiền phức cho tôi và khách sạn khi xác nhận số lượng người chính thức. Tôi có email hỏi Agoda, nhưng tới hơn 48 tiếng, vẫn chưa nhận được phản hồi từ Agoda, trong khi theo khuyến cáo của mình, Agoda sẽ có trả lời trong 24h. Tôi nghĩ sẽ không thực hiện đặt phòng trên Agoda nữa mà sẽ liên hệ trực tiếp với các KS mà tôi thấy ok. Xem tiếp

Mình thuê 1 phòng double và 1 giường trong phòng dorm. phòng dorm ở chung mà, toilet kinh khủng, bước vô là muốn ói. lần đầu tiên mình trải nghiệm ở dorm là thế nào, thôi, không dám nữa. đã vậy tiếng cái mền cứ xệch xạc, không êm ái như bình thường, ai nhúc nhích kiểu gì cũng nghe, mình ko tài nào ngủ được cả đêm luôn. phòng double thì ok. Gần trung tâm, ngay cạnh chợ Thái Bình, nhiều hàng ăn uống bên cạnh. Nói chung địa điểm , phòng ốc, đồ ăn sáng mình đánh giá cao. Tuy chỉ chăn mềm thì bên Phan Anh nên chú ý hơn chút, chăn ga gối đệm mình thấy ko được thơm, sạch sẽ, nhất là vỏ chăn mềm có mùi kiểu vải cũ hay loại rẻ tiền ấy, khá bám bụi. Xem tiếp

So we had our Indochina trip and had to book four different hotels and this is definitely my clear favorite out of all we've booked! It has.... 1. GREAT location - just a few meters away from the main plaza and Bu Vien walking street as well as the travel agency street (De Tham). I think the only downside for this is that there are A LOT of big rats at night in the area but the hostel itself is clean 2. Staff are SUPER NICE and ACCOMMODATING - we arrived there at around 3AM and they immediately accommodated us and were so kind in answering our questions and requests 3. Thank heavens they have an ELEVATOR - we had big luggages and the elevator was a huge relief 4. VALUE FOR MONEY x100 - I'm not even exaggerating hahahaha. Our room was so nice and clean plus our breakfast was delightfully good! 5. It's generally clean! As mentioned, the hostel itself is clean. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the rats in the surrounding areas. More power guys! Xem tiếp

We checked in about 8pm this time due to heavy traffic from Phnom Penh. Thanks to Binh(reception) allowed us to safekeep our luggage for 1night when we took a bus to Phnom Penh. Our room is quite simple with white interiors which makes you feel relaxed, a minimalist classy design.but i think the bathroom was not kept clean though 😅 Breakfast- very good👍🏻 with generous amount of serving, they provide you various types of breakfast noodles/banh mi etc and also comes with vietnam coffee (hot/cold) -Strong Wi fi connection. -if ever you want to experience night life, it’s just 5minutes away. hostel Gate curfew until 12mn but they will open the gate for you if ever you’re still out anytime. Location- Near in Market place. Difficult to find if you’re not familiar to the set-up but this is near to everything, night life, teashop, coffee shop,convenient store, noodle shop ..as in EVERYTHING..👍🏻 Staffs- All of them are very accommodating specially Binh 😄 who’s really patient on answering all our queries/concerns and requests. Kudos to the Team!♥️ if ever i’ll be coming back to HCM, will definitely book on this hostel again. Til next time! Xem tiếp

We arrived almost 2am in this hotel and we got a hard time finding the location. good thing that we encountered an accommodating grab driver and help us find the specific hostel unit. We are so sleepy that time and we got disappointed because Binh told us they don’t have room left for us☹️informed that they are fullybooked, but they will divert our booking in a nearby hostel within bui vien street. My rating is for Saigon hostel 2. The girl there looks like irritated whenever we’re asking her for something. She gave us a locker space without a padlock. my friend is a bit worried about her things because her bag does not have a lock. In the end, they still did not provide us a padlock. Also, we asked her simple things like if there’s a nearby mall that we could see,she said she doesn’t know anything because she’s just working there.We never got a good information from .Even reserving a ticket going to Phnom Penh,looks like we’re giving her a hard time as her face shown.She just told us that the line is busy,all tickets are fullybooked and she can’t do anything about it. That’s why we go back to Phan Anh and talked to Binh to help us buy a ticket although it’s only a midnight travel is available we really appreciate his effort on helping us.Good thing we only stayed at New Saigon Hostel for 1 night. Then upon checking out we requested Binh if we could transfer back at Phan Anh on our succeeding night.good thing they reserved a room for us this time. Xem tiếp

Their team were helpful and accommodating. The hostel was very clean and neat, newly renovated and more spacious. The toilet and bathroom ...always clean and with modern design. The manager, Ms Hang was warm and accommodating. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. I love the fruits that i bought at the market that was just few meters away from the hostel. Was given a different hostel at 270 Bùi Viện (New Saigon Hostel) since there are guests which need to extend their stay at Phan Anh Hostel. For location I still prefer Phan Anh coz' it's near the morning market which I like and it is not too noisy like Bùi Viện street. But the staff are great and friendly, hostel also clean and cheap. good place, in center of ciy, cheap price include decent breakfast, my room very new, clean, big, comfortable like a 3 star hotel, i don't think this is a hostel, very comfortable like home, the location in center of the market - the place i can taste many many nice traditional food and cheap, also very near to bui Vien walking street by walk.... i ll remember Ngoc Thu receptionist, she helped me keep a cooker when i visited Nha Trang, thank you all... Just in front of Park 23/9 bus station. You can take the bus to Cu Chi from there for DIY. You need to go inside an alley at the wet market. About 15 minutes to Bui Vien and 20-25 minutes away to Ben Thanh. They clean the room after 2 nights. Breakfast is at 6:30 am. They missed on providing us towels so we asked and they were able to provide. Staff are very accommodating. No slippers though in our room. You need to remove your shoes or slippers while inside the place. Overall, it's a good stay. Will choose this again. Xem tiếp

Overall, for a budget traveller, this Hostel is perfect. With Excellent service, clean rooms, with good supply of water, internet is fast, plus the super helpful receptionist Thu and Dat, which is very fluent in English. We really return to this Hostel soon. And refer to oir friends and family who'll soon travel here in Ho Chi Minh. Keep it up guys! Xem tiếp

Staffs were very friendly and awesome. They better try to communicate with deaf people. Also they wrote the paper. It was great for them to be a something a new. They did helped with call company and make sure that the guide would come to show up at hotel. But we did not realizable the hotel near at the street. Because it is not quick to find it. I have a good suggestion for hotel. Hotel should have a good sign that people can realize it. For example, the sign should have large sign. That it is very easy to way to find it. We really had a great time staying in this guest house. The place give justice to every cent you pay, from service to breakfast and their room. The staffs are very approachable and willing to assist in any way possible. We were just kinda disappointed with the 4G sim card that we bought in their hostel. i chose a private room and this place was untra clean and the bed linen crisp and white. nice little touches like ornaments in the room a fridge and tv with multiple channels. its a very short way up a side street which is a bit grotty to be fair but super safe. the best thing is the staff who cant do enough to help you. all in all a credit to whoever is the manager of this exceptionally well organised hostel.
