Phòng không sạch sẽ Dọn dẹp qua loa Mền và gối ố vàng nhìn rất bẩn. Thuê xe 2.5 ngày, tính tiền 3 ngày. ko chấp nhận được. Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại lần nữa. Xem tiếp

Gia đình tôi có trẻ nhỏ và người già, Phạm Lợi Hotel trong khu phố yên tĩnh, giá cả hợp lý, tiện cho ăn uống nếu đi bộ, Ks có sắn xe cho khách thuê, chủ khách sạn nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Tuy ra trung tâm Đà Lạt phải di chuyển bằng xe mất 5 phút, nhưng tôi ko thấy phiền lắm, và cũng ko cần phải tìm KS gần trung tâm để đi bộ...vì khám phá Đà Lạt phải đi xe, quá hợp lý. Nếu di chuyển khỏi thành phố thì đã có xe đến đón tại KS. Nếu có dịp đến Đà Lạt tôi vẫn chọn Phạm Lợi Hotel. Chúc Phạm Lợi Hotel làm ăn phát đạt. Xem tiếp

ông bà chủ của khách sạn khá hiếu khách và thân thiện. Phòng ốc thoải mái, tien nghi và sach dep. Do khach san nam trong 1 con duong nho nen khong gian yen tinh. Tu khac san di bo toi cho hoi xa,neu thue xe may thi chi mat 5 phut-10 phut la den noi.Toi rat hai long khi su dung dich vu tai khach san khach san va se tiep tuc lua chon noi nay khi du lich tai Da Lat. Al llegar la mujer mayor nos dijo que estaba todo lleno cuando teniamos una reserva, al final entró en razón y nos dejó entrar a la habitación. Estava sucia y el colchón era horrible. La alfombra del baño muy sucia... además hacía frío. A las 5-6 de la mañana empezaron a escucharse gritos y ruidos fuertes imposible dormir más. El personal no habla inglés con lo que es difícil comunicarse, al marcharnos la señora fue bastante más simpatica con nosotros y nos regaló un postre pero aún así no repetiría. Xem tiếp

The mattress was terible, very low quality. The facility was old. We rent a motobike, but it had a problem. Its tier was broken on the street, and it was too old so the motobike machenic told us to change, not to fix it. We spent money to change the new one, but the old lady (employee of the hotel) told us that they wont give back the money, we should keep silent, otherwise we will need to give them more money for breaking up their motobike. We didnt want to get into any trouble so we left the hotel, shut our mouth up and felt bad. Xem tiếp

The room was nice, very good for that price. The bed was big and clean. But the location is pretty far and its located in a small alley so you need to drive motorbike or take taxi to go to the center. There is nothing around the area until you get to the main road. The owner who is an old woman couldn't speak Eng and didn't know anything if you ask. Better you should google for whatever you need. Xem tiếp

The staffs barely can't speak English. It is far away from town at least walk about 30 - 40 minutes. The location in google map is not correct. You won't find it if you follow the map. Xem tiếp

We booked this hotel because of the high ratings it has. The staff is friendly (they can help you book a bus going back to HCM) but the communication with them is just unbearable. They don't speak English. We have to point and whatnot just to get our message across. I can't even ask to get a new roll of tissue because they can't understand me over the phone. Also, this hotel isn't near, compared to other hotels, to the market. So yes, we weren't able to go to the market. The room isn't totally clean. We found strands of hair in our pillow. We found some tissue thrown in the trash-- when we got there. But hey, who am I to complain? They have cheap rooms and they're trying their very best to understand tourists, despite not being able to understand English. Xem tiếp

The hotel is very nice decorated. You can feel the hospitality of the owner when you move in to your room. Definitely worth for money. I can't express well how touch am I for the good service from the owner. The hotel run by two sweet husband and wife. Xem tiếp

We were initially very impressed by the modern appearance of the hotel. It was a comfortable thirty minute stroll from the city centre and had a few nice coffee shops nearby. The staff were friendly although they were unable to speak much english. This didn't cause us much difficulty however as we had a good time alternating between google translate and our limited Vietnamese! It's a shame that we discovered that they hadn't cleaned the bathroom from the previous stay as there were still opened shampoo packets and used soap in the shower. It wasn't too much of a problem though, bearing in mind the price, until we noticed that the toilet started to smell on the second day. We asked them to clean the toilet but it appears that they only emptied the bins. Maybe there was a misunderstanding in translation but we felt that the smell was extremely noticeable and should therefore have been dealt with. What appeared to be a very quiet area on arrival became persistently louder throughout the evening with a dog barking relentlessly and karaoke being sung well into the night! All in all, we assume that they are new to the hotel business and small issues like this will be hopefully ironed out. We certainly wouldn't deter anybody from staying there as we believe they have the foundations for a great, affordable hotel. If you're a backpacker on a budget it's certainly a lot cleaner than any hostel you'll stay in! Xem tiếp

Rien à redire sur les Chambres mais le personnel est incompétent et ne parle pas un mot d'anglais. L'hôtel est situé à une vingtaine de minutes de marche du centre touristique. Xem tiếp
