This was a good hotel. The manager is extremely helpful and the breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is good because we wanted to stay away from old quarter and tourism and closer to the west lake. There is a good "Bun Rieu" restaurant across the street. Staff were friendly and helpful but, trained poorly from management level. Management and/or owners don't seem to have a understanding of hospitality industry. Rooms have no heat which in February was inconvenient. Xem tiếp

Negatives first, it was a long way out of town (old quarter) 20 min taxi, if we knew this prior to booking we wouldn’t have stayed however it wasn’t a problem and it is in a nicer part of town. The restaurant was closet for refurbishment which was annoying and not specified when booking so we were unable to eat in the pilot bar (roof top) or in the ground floor restaurant this was an inconvenient which we found out when we planned to eat dinner one night. Needless to say we went hungry. Positives Staff were very friendly it was a smashing room very clean and modern and fully functioning. It doubles as an apartment so was nice to have the functionality of long term staying when we only stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was included with lots of options even for the fussy eater. Wi-Fi worked well and was speedy along with Great Lake views if you book a lake view room. Overall pleased with our stay but it did have some unforeseen downfalls, however it was very easy to overcome these. UK travelers age 20 Xem tiếp

After we complained, we were dragged to different floors for other room options. Finally, we settled for a room at 7th floor,lake view but with only one double bed. We agreed to an extra bed for my teenage son in the living area as we were already exhausted. Soon after that, I went to shower. Apparently, due to the structure of the bath tub, water leaked all over the floor and flooded the bathroom. I almost slipped. It was very dissapointing as we are not used to having a wet bathroom. Breakfast was ala carte, not to our expectation, as the waitresses didn't even understand what coffee without sugar was. Terrible communication breakdown. In terms of location, it was in a secluded area, away from the city, extremely boring that we checked out the next day as we didn't want to endure another day of disappointment. With so much of misleading information, the hotel only gave us 20% discount on our previous day's lunch when they should complimented the lunch. Will not recommend to anyone. Xem tiếp

price reasonable because include breakfast, and this hotel has bar on the first floor and restaurant and loof top bar on the 9 floor. i checked menu and i've thougt it seems like quite good. Room condition was so good, the hotel staff was very friendly. i think the reason why this hotel doesn't have many guests is poor location but for me, this hotel was perfect. Xem tiếp

relativ neues und modernes Apartment-Hotel mit tollem Ausblcik auf den Westlake ich hatte das kleinste Zimmer (30 m2) in der obersten (8.) Etage und damit einen Klasse-Ausblick auf den Westlake, den man nach Strassenüberquerung in ca. 50 Metern erreicht, wo es jede Menge gemütliche Cafes/Restaurants gibt Mein Zimmer war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Küchenzeile und großem Kühlschrank - wirkte alles sehr neu und sauber ! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und das Frühstück konnte man sich auf`s Zimmer bringen lassen. Die Angestellten und der Manager (Mr. David) waren alle super nett und freundlich. Ich bin kein Großstadt-Freund , aber wenn ich wieder nach Hanoi kommen sollte , wird das Parasond wohl meine erste Wahl sein. Schade nur dass, das die Rooftop-Bar (Pilot Bar - auf youtube gibt`s ein schönes Kurzvideo dazu) rekonstruiert wurde , aber Mr. David war so nett, mir die Aussicht von ganz oben zu zeigen - Klasse !! 시설 깨끗하고, 직원들도 모두 항상 웃으면서 응대하고 친절해요. 특히 난처한 상황에 처해져있는 저희에게 도움을 준 david(Manager)님께 감사드립니다. 당신이 주신 친절은 잊지 못할 겁니다. 아침에 서호를 산책나갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 아쉬운점은 top bar를 보고 가서 이용해보고 싶었는데 공사중이라서 구경조차 못해서 그점이 많이 아쉽습니다. Xem tiếp
