Khách sạn nhỏ nhưng phòng cũng OK, nhỏ nhắn xinh xắn. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Vị trí tốt, nhưng hơi sầm uất quá, lúc nào cũng thấy đông đúc, nhưng cũng có hương vị của phố cổ hà nội. Xem tiếp

Overall our stay was very good. I would say that the room seemed a little dated but it was clean and the AC worked well. We found the mattress too firm but the staff responded quickly with s topper to soften it up a bit. The staff was the highlight; they were helpful and offered a lot of insight into our visit in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We booked three nights here and stayed one more. The staff was incredibly helpful. Helping us book tours and travel to other parts of the country. We will stay there for our last night before flying out too. Xem tiếp

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. My pick up for Ha Long Bay got preponed and they quickly packed our breakfast, since we couldn't have it. The location is good. The room size is decent though it looked bigger in the pictures posted on the website. I suppose that the case with all hotels. I found their items kept in the room fridge slightly overpriced. Its located at the old quarter, walking distance to hoen kiam lake, and most of the attractions in old quarter. Plenty of restaurants or street food nearby. Hotel give us one discount voucher for one restaurant and we tried it and its not bad. Hotel is abit run down, the first room we get the condition is not very good: rusted bathtub water trap, window facing a dead corner wall, the most important is the air conditioner not working well. As the outdoors temperature is 40°, we really hope the air conditioner at least cooling down the room when we back from outside but its feel like 30+ and we are sweating even after bath. We had complained and they send one staff come trying to fix it but it’s didn’t work. So after second complaint they changed us to a room with a well functioning air conditioner. Staff is very prompt and nice. Breakfast is acceptable but not much variety. Still recommending this hotel as its location and service but hoping they can maintain the facilities often. Xem tiếp

Great location in Old Quarter, Just a corner to famous beer street and local coffee. Staff is like a family kind of friendly. Very helpful in arrange day tour to Halong Bay and transportation to air port. Xem tiếp

We stayed in Hanoi for 10 days and stayed in 4 different hotels, this one was by far the worst.... We were apparently upgraded to a "better" room, however both the room and facilities were really old and was in much need of an upgrade. Our floor only had 2 rooms but you can constantly hear the lift/neighbours every 10 minutes as the walls are very thin. Secondly, their shower was really really hot i almost burn myself as it was cold for a few minutes then i turned to left and almost burn my feet. We also enquired about their laundry prices and decided not to use their service, but after asking if there were any alternatives nearby the staff refused to answer our question. In the end we found one literally next door to our hotel. I am not sure this is the attitude that someone should have, I feel like we need to pay or buy information from them. Finally, Internet was really really weak in our room, in the end we had to use our phone internet to sort out everything. Xem tiếp

This hotel is in a very good location and the bed is wonderful, very comfortable. Rooms and Bathroom are very clean. Staff is like a family kind of friendly. Breakfast was also very nice! Overall is a 10/10 which there is nothing I didn't like. Xem tiếp

The room and facilities may need an upgrade aesthetically as this isn't a brand new hotel as compared to contemporary new builds but it served the purpose of every guest well. I saw how staff really went out of their way to make guests comfortable. Would I come back for another stay? Definitely! When travelling, all we need is a place we can feel at home in and with the right people. Xem tiếp

The famous Hoan Kiem Lake is only nearby, with lots of good eateries around. Weekend night market is just around the corner. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, they have the best breakfast served during my Hanoi trip. I am very impressed with a good hotel service . Xem tiếp
