Good location. Bad experience with the staff. We were asked to pay for snack and mineral water that we did not consume. The staff didnot listen and cooperate but onyl insist us to pay! This clearly points out the hotel security issue and staff honesty. We really wonder if other staff with better manner would deal the situation differently!!! Really enjoyed my first night stay at Paper Map Hostel that I decided to book there again for my next stay. The staffs are being so informative and helpful, especially Minh. The room is very clean, the bed is wide and comfortable, the ensuite bathroom really helps. New towel is given every day. Love how they gave two lockers, one with lock and one without that makes it more practical. Really love the location, very near to the lake and everything. The only downside: the hot shower often turned cold, but that didn’t make the experience of staying there any less. Kudos to Paper Map team! Xem tiếp

Don't get me wrong - the cleanliness is OK. But it is only OK because there are so few people staying there. 1) My assigned bed still had 4 empty beer cans in the cupboard when I arrived, so it was pretty obvious that the cleaner had not opened the cupboard to clean. I fervently hoped that the bed and quilt covers had been changed (it passed the sniff test but other beds...did not) 2) The shower floor was clean when you looked in, but once you stepped in and saw behind the door, all the gunk was still there. Obviously very cursory walk-past eye-checks only by the cleaner who deemed that no cleaning was necessary. Paper Map would be EXCELLENT once they've ironed out the issues above. Xem tiếp

The hostle is new and has a great location, 1 min walk to Hoan Kiem lake , 3 min walk to Ta Hien street . I stayed in the female dorm and it’s quite comfortable with comfy bed and bathroom. Really like the design . Xem tiếp

The hotel is at the central of Hanoi capital, which is very convenient for me to get around, all the attractions are within walking distance. It’s newly built so the facilities are still new and clean. Staff were friendly . The design of the dormitory is also very unique , with a lot of wooden details instead of plain steel beds, highly recommend !! Xem tiếp

very nice place, cosy and friendly; even my stayed wasn't on weekend but the hostel is so close from the centre lake with quite lot nice activities at night . Spent 1 night in the dorm with my friends on our bussines trip, this new hostel have beautiful dorm and very comfy beds. The staff was helpful aswell, they show me quite lot places to eat around. strongly suggest for traveller, this new place is very nice. Xem tiếp

バルコニー付きのプライベートルームに宿泊。まだリノベーションして間もないので設備もぴかぴかで快適でした。宿泊初日はサッカーの国際試合がある日で目の前の通りや1ブロック向こうの湖の前の通りがとても賑やかでしたが、翌日以降は騒音はそこまで気になりませんでした。ホテルのすぐ横にあるフォーガー（ミェンガーやソイガーもあります）の屋台がとても美味しく、ストリート感満載でおすすめです。フロントのお兄さんやお姉さんはしっかり英語が話せてとても親切でした。空港からの86番の高速バスが停まるバス停（ロンビエンターミナルの次のバス停）からも徒歩圏内です。ただし、重いキャリーケースをゴロゴロして歩くには向かない道ですのでご注意を。 Xem tiếp
