Located right in the centre of HCMC, walking distance to Ben Thanh market and other attractions. The room was just about the right size, not too large or small with the usual amenities such as mini fridge and a flat screen smart tv. Wifi speed in the room was quite good and the bathroom was also quite tidy as well...would definitely return. Staff were friendly quite helpful as well. Breakfast is basic though. Xem tiếp

In terms of location and accessibility, this hotel cannot be beat. we stayed in an executive room. it was clean and beautifully furnished. we actually loved our stay here. we could easily go home and take breaks during the day. everything was walking distance. the only downside to our stay was an incident during check-out. i was rushing for an early flight when they told me they needed to check the room. My cab was already waiting when they told me a face towel was missing. To my mind, why would I take your face towel? Told them to check again and again. Eventually, they let me go. Only the first night is bad comment coz the hotel is overbooked and transfer me to another awful hotel. return back to Papaya hotel in next day. Great location and within 5 minutes walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and Food street. 5 seconds then you can find the money exchange. Love this hotel and will stay again Xem tiếp

Perfect location, smacked in the middle between he Ben Thanh market and people square. However I rated down on the cleanliness as ants kept on appearing in the bathroom. The staff used insect spray to get rid of it but it left a smell and the ants reappeared the day after. Xem tiếp

located at District 1 which is close to most of the main tourist spots by walking distance. Breakfast wasn't good as it is provided by a cafe at Ground Floor, not buffet style. A bit expensive for this hotel. You could look for other hotels at cheaper rates nearby this area. This is our most expensive hotel in Ho Chi Minh City without any specialty. Xem tiếp

Hotel is small, but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast menu is small varied, but very tasty and very satisfying. Staff are very very professional and very helpful and friendly. Location is next to Ben Thanh Market - but quiet and a very easy walk to the CBD and all other tourist sights. Overall and great little place that is a joy to stay at Xem tiếp

The lobby was far too small and the breakfast place is not buffet, set menu. The rooms were nice but quite expensive in comparison to other places. I have a really good stay in Papaya Saigon Hotel. The location is great, it is within walking distance to Nguyen Hue walking street and its surrounding. The room I stayed was awesome just like the pictures. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend. Will definitely choose it again next time I visit HCMC. Xem tiếp

I am impressed with this simple hotel, with comfortable room. Clean and modern design. The location is very strategy. Few minutes walk to Ben Thanh and the famous landmark, City Hall. 10 min walk to Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon. I really like the cafe at the ground floor. The hotel is just 200m away from ben thanh market, and is also very near to other tourist spots such as saigon square and saigon centre. The hotel room design is modern and clean. The hotel room sound proof is also good. Would definitely visit here again if i go to hcm again. Xem tiếp

Great location. Our only issue is our hot water is not hot enough. Staff said it was "meant to be like that" but we don't think so since the tap water a lot hotter (one time). Anyway, it was not an issue after hot day walking but we like our water hot for morning shower. Xem tiếp

over booked 超賣，而且沒有要處理的態度。被換飯店黑暗的舊飯店，無法選擇一樣設備的房型只能接受他們的安排。you will never know do they still reserve your booking or would ask you to change the hotel which is totally different to the one you like and maybe in terrible conditions and you have no choice but to accept it! they don’t care if we would mark the low comments on here, they say sorry and you have to take it.
