PROS: 1) Excellent staff, especially hospitable front desk lady Thanh. She was dazzling, nice, kind,helpful, & speaks English fluently. She seemed to know almost everything about Da Nang. All of my complaints below disappeared because of her. 2) Room was almost spotless. It was super CLEAN, & linens were crispy. Towels were great! 3) Value for the money is awesome. CONS: Some guest reviews for Pandora B. Villa seemed to me over rated. 1) I paid extra for Luxury Apt with Private Terrace (52 m²/560 ft²), higher rate than regular rooms, expecting spacious room w/ view. Disappointingly, they gave me a smaller room(?) balcony/terrace with a view only to see broken bricks & rubbles from new construction site. 2) Situated in remote area-no beach access and no nearby restaurants for tourists. 3) Pool is cute but... very small- more like pond not a swimming pool. Although there're cons, quality of staff services, cleanliness & value for the money compared to are excellent here. Xem tiếp

Pandora was a GEM. I had also recommended no less than 10 people to stay there, as they were also attending the same event I organized. All were pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly, non-intrusive, and very accommodating (no pun intended). This is truly a gem, and you should sell them more. Actually, don't, so the price remains low. Xem tiếp

Nice staff! gave us useful information and advices to our trip! Really! I do RECOMMEND this hotel for everyone, sincerely. Also, the driver is also very kind and friendly! 入住四晚几乎每晚都有怪异的事情发生。首先酒店周边都是荒地啥都没，出行只能步行到大路打车或摩托车。所住房间在四楼，首先在第一个房间的第一晚凌晨两三点被放在床头的闹钟吵醒，不知是之前的住客恶作剧还是怎么回事。然后早上九点多我手机的闹钟也响了（注意我是没有调过闹钟的）；早上起来浴室的门自己锁上了，要打电话让前台来开门。当天换了同一楼层第二间房，晚上七点多停电，整栋楼只有我们住的这一间房停电。叫前台来看直接又开了一间房让我们住，看来经常如此。第三间房也在同一楼层，住了三晚，早上连续被楼上住客的小孩敲门。打电话跟前台说了消停了一天，临走前熊孩子早上六点半又来敲门，tm的也没谁了，早餐时和前台讲了只会不停说对不起。非常影响心情，比较差的入住体验，个人不会选择再入住。建议对安静环境有要求的朋友不要选择这里，太闹腾。 We stayed few nights and every morning we were woke up by different noises. The kids even knock our door at 6:30am in the early morning, shouting and screaming and kids parents do nothing to that. Well we’ve tried talk about it to the staff and that happens still. Bad experience with rude neighbors and useless staffs. Won’t recommend it here if you need a quiet environment. Xem tiếp

前台不知道小姐姐还是小妹妹很可爱 主动帮我们拿行李 英语说得很好 提供旅游咨询 问我们要不要雨衣提醒我们晚上会下雨 果然在岘港三天晚上有两天都下雨 披着雨衣在桥上呼啸感觉很潇洒 最后一天走的时候帮我们用Grab叫车 酒店早餐挺好吃的 每天可以选择粉面 其他自助 有个小泳池 可以租摩托车一天150.000VND 加油站距离酒店两百米左右 很方便 骑去海滩就几分钟 骑去会安和海云关一个小时 Xem tiếp
