various incidents that made this place a nightmare to stay at; 1. we were given a room that was cheaper with less features than the 1 we booked (booked a room with a king bed, balcony and bathtub)When we brought this to their attention and showed them pictures and details of the room we booked, they tried to tell us that the room in the picture was more expensive and not the one we paid for. We then had to wait for 20 mins for a “proper” reception staff to come as the one that dealt with us didn’t know. They gave us another room, again wasn’t the right room! We were hot and fed up so just took the room. 2. We ran out of toilet paper and called reception to get more. They said they’d bring some up, they didn’t. It was only refilled the next day after our rooms were “cleaned” 3. Walls all cracking and insects everywhere. Cleaners complained loudly about us bringing dirt into the room and hotel hallways. Rooms are clean, spacious and simple. Hotel is under renovation so very few guests. We may have been the only ones there? Bit of noise from the aircon units outside our room so avoid those rooms. No food available during renovations. Restaurant will be on Level 1 so rooms on Level 2 could get a bit of noise. Friendly helpful staff and good value for money otherwise Xem tiếp

We are very happy to choose this hotel. We would to say thank you to all staff , speciallly to miss NGOC at the receiption desk. she was very polite, happy to serve and provide us with all of the information we needed. Highly recommended to any one who come to visit Rach gia. Xem tiếp

Average hotel, nothing special but the location, which is very close to the pier, it took us 10 minutes on foot. The room is spacious, the mattress is very hard, we live in China and we found this one specially hard. We asked them to book us tickets fot the ferry to Phu Quoc for the next morning and the y told us that the ferry was fully booked, we walked around the pier and found an office selling tickets for the ferry next day any time, I left the business card of this shop to the receptionist! First, I'm an American so I probably expect too much. I stayed in two different rooms for the same price, 206 and 407. 407 is far better room. Let's first talk about what is good for both. Price, it's a great deal. Size, the rooms were really good size. Amenities, the room has a good tv, a refrigerator and good AC. Now the bad for both. Internet-this is a very hit or miss adventure. For days or hours the internet would be down. Bugs, there are some small ants and flying gnats at times in the room. The showers, for different reasons both were usable mostly. Enjoy the massive temperature change and in 407 water on the floor. Now 206, it was supposed to be a water view. However, it is two low and I saw mostly the roof of the building next to me. Also, it really is pointed parallel with the water and not at the water. Also, one of the walls had paint peeling off the wall. This room was definitely buggier too. 407, much nicer layout and much nicer view I would ask for the higher floors and the 07 rooms instead of the 06 rooms. But the shower, man there is simply no way to keep the water in the shower. Lastly, it is not near the center of town so if you want to go there and you don't have a local with a scooter, you are going by cab everywhere. But for the price, this American says not bad. We arrived in the evening and were checked in quickly. The receptionist was also able to assist us in purchasing tickets for the next morning's ferry to Phu Quoc - very helpful. The room was quite nice and allowed a night of rest before taking the ferry in the morning. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for 2 nights before catching the ferry to Phu Quoc and had a lovely surprise. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam. It's brand new, very clean, with beautiful wiew from balkony. The reception staff were very helpful and could speak good English. Location is great in quiet area but only 5 mins walk to town & ferry.
