Do mình đi đợt vắng khách nên giá km dưới 300k/phòng đôi, không quá đắt và vị trí khá gần trung tâm, thuận tiện tham quan các địa điểm nổi tiếng của HN. phòng rộng rãi, đủ các đồ dùng thiết yếu, nhưng chưa sạch sẽ lắm vì không có thảm lau chân, chỉ có 1 tấm thảm ngay phòng tắm, xà bông tắm và dầu gội chất lượng khá tệ, còn lại thì mọi thứ ổn. The room is great, really clean, spacious and the bed is so comfy. The problem is a barking dog that goes all night. We didn’t get very much sleep at all at night which ruined the two days we had in Hanoi, we tried to complain when it happened but there was no one at reception. We mentioned it at check out and they didn’t really say much. Disappointing when it was such a nice room. Xem tiếp

I booked the hotel through here, they sent me an auto email that they would call me to confirm the coming time. I was waiting till the day before I had traveled to Hanoi but they hadn’t called. I couldn’t call for them with the public phone number so I sent them an email requesting them to call but they didn’t do. And on the day check in, during the time I was on plane, they sent an email that they couldn’t call me so they canceled the booking. Luckily that there’ was still available room so I could re-book after I got out the plane. Please be more professional on this part and announce customers more clearly and DON’T AUTO CANCEL BOOKING OF CUSTOMERS. Xem tiếp

Was here for 2 nights for a quick layover, rooms are surprisingly big and spacious. But no flask for hot water. Simple quick 2 nights stay. Parking accessible. Xem tiếp

Second stay this time...superior double room 601. Very nice view over the river. Especially the ceiling to floor sized windows are fantastic. Description mentioned desk but none in the room except a plate sized coffee table which I dont count as a desk. No smoking mentioned but and ashtray provided , make your mind up. Staff perfectly friendly and helpful. Pieces of fruit in the bedside drawer and liquid splash on wall and bed , hopefully from the fruit. But again urine and excrement spots and a long hair on and under the toilet seat ,same as on my first stay in a different room so there is a pattern of hygiene/cleaning issues . It's not their fault to accommodate filthy guest but it's their job to provide a spotless environment for the next guest with normal hygiene and cleaning standards. It happened to rain and water came tru the window frame. TV, aircon ,location all fine and with a lot of potential if they could get their thing together on maintenance. Wifi weak. location is great -not touristy and with a lots of real life hanoi to discover after you are done with sightseeing. The Staff is the biggest asset here, but can only operate within the limited resources provided by the management. Xem tiếp

One bedroom deluxe Appartment. Room 603. First thinks First. The friendly Staff is a big asset but can only try to work with the resources and shortcomings of the management. Except the cleaning personal they are really wrong in this job. After a requested cleaning into the second day , I couldn't tell what they did except making the bed. Anything else was still dirty and dusty. Leaving a filthy sponge behind in the sink. Obviously the hotel just finished renovation. Considering the cheap price I will be mild in my judgement, however I draw a line if it tilts to unhygienic. It started with the winkeled bed lines so I hope they where just not pressed. A desk with no chair to sit on. Patchy wifi -English tv channels were snowing.I got the better of the rooms with huge balcony and nice view, however considering the 6th floor the balustrade was a bit low for my taste, (well below hip) I would think twice with children even with the installed CCTV. Balcony door locks by closing / I didnt try but wonder if you are able to lock yourself out on the balcony - better go out on the verandah with the phone with u. Furniture on the balcony would elevate the function. The kitchenette was missing all cuttlery and simple cooking utensils so it was useless. A request for a coffee spoon in the morning couldn't be fulfilled only later in the day the charming reception boy borrowed me a soup spoon. Dust, dirty sinks and an in/outside dirty fridge, floors,walls and tables. I live in asia, so I can put up with a lot of things but as I saw yellow urine stains on and below the toilet seat, it was turning unhygienic and filthy. This place has potential but have to keep up with cleaning and hygiene standards. A good brush and wipe is needed to be ready for operation. Even a soft opening and low price doesn't justify dirty/unhygienic rooms and environment. This comment went to length because I hope the management can fix things and be a hopeful enterprise.
