Our triple room was spacious with windows facing front Street which meant it was very noisy from 6am each morning. New modern styling but some fixtures in bathroom already broken or in need of repairs. The shower area is wierd design it floods into toilet. No coffee tea or free bottle water. Location is in middle of backpacker and Ben Thanh markets also close to local bus stop just download the bus apps. Staff are friendly. Xem tiếp

Good value for money. The hotel needs some tlc though, specially rooftop bar can provide some flare to otherwise gloomy feel to that building. The front entrance to the hotel is occupied by may be those scooter rental or some security guards blocking the way into the hotel. Xem tiếp

Nice room, exactly like pictures, which was a big balcony, a large window with city view. But the only thing made me a bit annoyed was maybe because this room got big window city view and Saigon is always busy even at late night, so it was kind of loudly noisy from the street. Besides, everything is fine. Receptionist was nice, she quickly checked in for us when she saw we were so exhausted. What a sympathetic staff! I’ll be back again. Xem tiếp

I booked the superior double room with window as per picture shown on the Agoda website. But I got the room without window . When I called the reception and I was told I need to wait till next day after 2pm. I will not come back to this hotel again. Xem tiếp

Not like most other hotels, the bottle water are not free in this hotel. Even the budget hotel also provide the free small bottle water, but not this hotel. I did not ask the counter before I drank, cause common sense told me it should be free of charge. But I end up i have to pay for it. The two small bottle water has costed me about 10% of my one night hotel room rate. Somehow felt cheated ! Xem tiếp

I wanted check in at 11.30am but was asked to pay extra 50k per hour ahead of 2pm. Meaning I had to pay 125k if I wanted to check in at 11.30am. I decided not to pay and check in at 2pm. Upon checkin, I saw the towels had dirty stains. There were also no toilet paper. Xem tiếp

Room 203 is a disaster. Rampant ants on desk. Flooding at shower area after shower due to poor drainage At 6am, noise from chickens and other animals reared by neighbours will surely wake you up! The clothes hanger area is too high and not practical. Wifi not strong Xem tiếp

I booked superior double room in Agoda and was assigned room 203. Room was not same as photo in Agoda. It was smaller and looked older. I was also asked to pay 70k Vietnam Dong at 12.30pm if I wanted to check in then. Or wait till 2pm. Xem tiếp

Technically the room for I book ( standard double ) is not same as picture. Only 30% same. Location is good. Not sure why there’s 2 leftover soft drink is in the fridge. Most probably the cleaner is not doing well with their job Xem tiếp
