I had booked a long time in advance and said I would arrive at 9pm. I arrived at 9.30pm and they had given my room to someone else. very disappoiting as they had my credit card details. Xem tiếp

The owner changed on January 6th. Maybe that's why this business Wil go down for sure. This is not even a one Star hotel place. They wanted to keep my passport as deposit. After discussion I got it back immediately. Four of six electric plugs of the room are not working. They promised to fix it but nothing happened. Got towels after two calls to the reception. After first night they forgot to clean our room and it was too late to clean as the cleaning personal went home already. Next day the room was cleaned but they forgot to close our door. Luckily nothing was stolen or got lost. The massage place is weird. Their personell is starring and made us feel very uncomfortable. The room has smell from smoking nearby. Don't know if that came from neighbor room or the personnel break room. Bathroom is ready to be renovated and it's weird to have stoned in front of the toilet. See my picture please. The personell are not trained and have never heard of the word sorry. But they were trained to please to give a good review... Please stay away from this terrible place Xem tiếp

Booked the hotel last minute for a new year break in Saigon. The staff were very friendly. I had a take out and was left without utensils, and the staff allowed me to use theirs. They also provided in-room slippers when I asked for a pair. They also threw a new year party at the roof top for free with free flow of wine, beers and finger food so that guests can enjoy the fireworks. You can feel right at home at this hotel. Xem tiếp

Nice and helpful staff. We stayed in room 305, TV & wifi are not working. The room is not exectopnally clean, but reasonable for the price we paid. Noisy during night, but the noise can be managed with ear plug. Shower head malfunctioned on the second night and it sprayed the water back to the water heater itself, which is a safety hazard, so the staff offered to move us to room 505, but we cant find aircond master switch in 505, and even after we pressed the button on top of the aircond itself, the remote control was not working. Ended up we just change the shower head from room 505 to room 305. The bed and pillow was great. The building has got an elevator. 3 of us tried the foot massage when we are leaving. The male masseur I had was not too bad, but my mom & sis were not impressed by the other 2 masseur who service. Upon payment they were asking whether we will tip, and the minimum tipping amount was 100K VND or 5 USD per person... Xem tiếp

Rare to find family rooms in this area but this one has it and at a good price. Very central location. Convenient, easy to walk to key areas. Breakfast was small but satisfactory. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the snacks they prepared for the kids. Food court across (Central Market - Asiana Food Town) is a good place for cheap eats. Xem tiếp

It’s such a valuable inn. It’s clean, new and quiet. The staffs are dependable and considerate, and the owner is so enthusiastic and friendly. There are everything you need around the hotel. We’d had great time there. Xem tiếp

Positive: Hotel was nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Good wifi internet. Free breakfasts includes freshly cooked omelette, bread, coffee, tea, etc. The ground floor is shared with massage place. But don't let that put you off. I barely noticed the massage oil scent and its totally undetectable sometimes. Location is strategic. Near Bui Vien Walking street. Near Central Market Cons: This is not the hotel's fault. 2 out of 3 nights, I could hear street peddler outside playing recordings on auto loop until 1 AM. Its not so loud. So earplugs were enough to eliminate the noise. If i stay here again, i might request room at the back or without windows. I imagine other hotels on this busy main street here might have same issue too. Tips: For shopping, avoid Ben Thanh Market. It is overpriced and vendors give free insults to tourists. You'll notice no locals shop at Ben Thanh. Go to Saigon Square or Central Market instead. Locals go there. Xem tiếp

The Staffs are very friendly and very accomodating! The room is so clean and it smell so good! The shower area is big. Building has an elevator. The room is a good value for money. Hotel is located near establishments. Easy locate. Definitely will book this place again! 10 stars! Xem tiếp

I had a double, two person room at a more expensive hotel nearby. But was told a second person would only be allowed until 10:00 pm unless I paid a 400,000 additional fee. So I went hotel searching and within one block I found several guest friendly hotels and selected OYO 187 Aivy Boo Hotel. It was perfect. Great location, clean, guest friendly (no additional fees). Friendly staff and priced less than the dishonest hotel I had left. I ended up extending my stay three times for a total of ten days. I will return to OYO 187 Aivy Boo Hotel whenever I’m in Saigon. ホーチミンでの最初の宿泊で他のホテルにも泊まる予定でしたが、設備、サービス、朝食、ロケーション、価格などいずれも良く、延泊しました。 設備は清潔で、清掃もていねいに行われていました。タオル、シーツの入れ替えも行われていました。 朝食は屋上での質素なものですが、連泊の人にも気を使って麺、パン、ご飯と飽きないように気をつかってくれました。 フロントの対応も誠実で親切でした。 注意しなければならないのはフロント前のマッサージです。 別の主体で経営していると思われましたが、不誠実でおススメしません。 内容は一般的なものですが、表示の料金の約50％のチップを事前の説明なく請求してくるようで、多くの客がクレームを言っていました。 このシステムはこの通りのマッサージ店に共通していると思いましたが、気をつけた方がよいです。 Xem tiếp
