Khach san phuc vu tot, nhan vien than thien va vui ve.Bua sang buffet it lua chon. Yen tinh, thoai mai. Vi tri khach san tot, ngay khu pho co tien loi cho viec an uong, dao pho , mua hang luu niem. The facilities & the location are outstanding. However the staffs are what made this hotel stands out against other hotels. They are very personable, speak perfect English & would go out of their way to help their guests. Although it’s like a boutique hotel, the hotel is very cosy and it’s located in the heart of the old quarter. We were impressed by the service of the staff. Upon arrival, they spent a good half an hour serving us welcome drinks, explain the facilities of the hotel and where to go and eat around the area. They even helped us to book the tickets for the water puppet performance. When we face challenges in the room, they will help us immediately. Upon check out, they even helped us to get a taxi that charged lesser than Grab. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel for the rate that we paid for. Xem tiếp

All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful. From the manager Thomas to the waitress Isabella at the restaurant, they are so attentive and caring. Thanks Thomas for giving us a free upgrade of our room. The breakfast is nicely done as well. We had a great time at the hotel. Xem tiếp

Hotel is located in a central location in old quarter, along a narrow street where embarking and disembarking from a bus/taxi is challenging. Hotel staff attempt to escort guest each time they have to board transportation, but there are just too many motorbikes that from my perspective it will not always be safe for older guests who move more slowly than the hotel staff. Morning breakfast is small range, nothing impressive. Staff are polite and allow packed breakfast. Bed and pillows are comfortable, but the toilet can be cleaner and less of a musky smell. Shower head height cannot be adjusted to desired height. Transport to and from hotel arranged by hotel is USD 25 a trip for 7 seater, but when i arranged it myself with Hanoi Transfer Service Company (contactable on Facebook and their website), it is more affordable at USD 18 from airport to hotel and USD 14 from hotel to airport (both ways 7 seater). Great hotel in a central location with nice rooms and excellent, friendly staff. My only comment would be that a lot of noise travels up and down the stairs during the evening/early morning which can be a bit disturbing. Xem tiếp

We booked an overnight cruise in Halong Bay but unfortunately, the government cancelled all overnight cruises in the bay due to weather. We booked this room through Agoda hours before we check-in. We planned to stay at the hotel we booked after the cruise but it was full. We chose this hotel because it was near the other hotel booking we have for the next day. When we arrived they offered cold towels (Despite cold weather outside. I would have loved it if they offered cold towels instead), welcome drinks and some lotus candies while waiting for them to finish the check-in process. We were extremely happy when we saw the room. The room was not as big but it was beautiful and neat. The bathroom was big and had rainfall shower. The breakfast was also good. The staff were nice and friendly. The location was very close to tourist areas. We made the right choice booking this property. Xem tiếp

In the midst of Old Quarter, Hanoi. The staff fully extended their service which we can't even find in 5 hotels that I had stayed. Every staff ensure we are comfortable, assist us by confirming with our tour agent the pick-up the night before regardless if I make reservation through them. The light in my room was flicking. I reported when I go for breakfast. After breakfast, the work was done. The doormen and the receptionist walked us out, stopped the vehicles, carry our luggage to the car upon check-out. Even open and close the door of the car. Whenever we move in & out, without fail, they will greet us. From the doormen to the restaurant staff to the receptionist and maintenance, I would give them a 6-star award. Xem tiếp

Pro- Staff always smile & greet. Even the doorbell boy faithfully smiles when he opens the door. The breakfast service staff are polite. This is one of the many hotels whose services is close to perfect. Cons- Only 1 lift. Lighting in front of the mirror in bathroom is dim, no light under the dressing mirror. Xem tiếp

Overall this is a good hotel with friendly staff. It's clean and well kept. The breakfast is nice. There is a buffet style breakfast but you can also order from a menu. It includes pho and also some western options like eggs or pancakes. The room itself was alright. It had a window to the stairwell only, but the good thing about this is without a window to the outside, we did not hear the street noise at night. Everything in the room was clean. My biggest complaint is the shower gets too hot. It's got a separate hot and cold valve and the hot valve gets burning hot. It's not really safe. Other than that, the beds were a bit hard, but that's common for Vietnam and a lot of Asia. I'd probably stay here again for the pleasant staff and the nice breakfast. Xem tiếp

Enjoyed our stay at Oriental Central Hanoi very much. The hospitality and sincere service by Mary and her team was top-notch - from our first encounter at check-in, during breakfast and when re-checking in after our trip to Halong Bay. The staff also provided a walking map around the Old Quarter and tips on where to visit/eat. We had a triple sharing room which was extremely comfortable, with nothing to fault. The location is convenient, walking distance to mini marts, cafe and local eateries. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful, always give their best services. The hotel was the bright spark throughout our stay in hanoi. We stayed a total of 3 non consecutive nights. We could leave our luggage at the hotel when travelling to sapa and halong bay and our luggages would be brought up to the new room whenever we returned. Staff were very friendly and professional. It felt like a personal concierge service from them and they always made a conscious effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They would also enquire on our travel and tour details upon check in and help us call the relevant parties to ensure that all our bookings and pick up times were in place. Recommend to use the hotel's airport transfer as well. They even upgraded us to private car at the price of normal taxi. Would definitely return to oriental central if we were to go back to hanoi. Everything is excellent with this hotel but in particular the thoughtfulness, kindness and customer focus of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they do it happily; from providing city info, eating and shopping advice to checking in on line. The only inconvenience is we will have to climb a small flight of stairs as the lift is up to 7th floor and our room is on 8th floor. Other than this, good variety of choices for breakfast. All staff there are friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp
