I stayed premier deluxe room, everything is q new, room is not so big but q comfortable with very nice sofa chair, 2 big windows, staff were griendly, breakfast was good enough. I think hotel should add bathe curtain so that water would not splash out during bathing. Xem tiếp

The hotel service was good, breakfast was nice but not quite 4 star, pool was smaller than pics looked but clean and refreshing, gym was just a small room with 2 machines and weights and too hot. location had everything we needed including a direct bus to Ben Xe Mien Tay (western bus station) just around the corner - bus 14 for 5,000 dong. I live in Saigon but my girlfriend and I stayed at Orchids Saigon Hotel as a treat. A lot of the hotels in Saigon are down on the river. That location is awful in my opinion. In comparison, Orchids Saigon Hotel is in a great location! It is only two blocks from the Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, The 'book' street, and Diamond Plaza. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are lovely. The pool on the 9th floor is a bonus. We swam in it and never saw another guest! The buffet breakfast is adequate -- there is enough there to fill you up before a day's sightseeing! Thanks to Mr Lang, Mr Thinh, and Ms Vy! P.S. I met another guest there -- an old lady who was all on her own and a little 'lost' -- we ended up helping her arrange a few things to make her stay enjoyable... I noticed that the staff (including the owner Mr Lang) were so helpful with her, which I think is worth an honourable mention Xem tiếp

Such value for money. Because it was new, the rooms were so well-maintained and service was great. Their TV was also Smart TV, connected to the internet so we had Netflix :p Also, front office Mr Ahn was very helpful - thank you Orchids Hotel staff for your hospitality. Will definitely return. 1. Size wise, the hotel room would disappoint you a little bit. It would be a bit smaller than you expect. 2. The drain on the floor of the shower booth won't drain water that well. I had to stop the shower and turn it on repeatedly not to make the floor flood all over the bathroom floor. 3. A/C system is a bit noisy. If you're a sound sensitive traveler, it will bother you. Nice and clean hotel. Room was smaller than expected. Close to the museum but far away from anything else. Pool was closed for maintenance during our stay which was disappointing as this was one of the reasons we booked. Xem tiếp
