Beautiful place. Cruise was comfortable and could sleep really well at night. There were prearranged activities within the itinerary which were enjoyable and real fun to participate too. Staff were helpful and attentive. Xem tiếp

The bay is dirty (garbage and pool Oil) and being ruined by all the tourist activities/ boating. It also seems it is permanently cloudy although the photos show sunshine, we never saw the sun. Xem tiếp

This is a great choice if you want to see Halong Bay in style! Luxurious large cabins with private balcony. Food’s excellent. A couple of happy hours means drinks are very reasonable. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I’d definitely recommend this cruise. Xem tiếp

Orchid Ha Long Cruises was outstanding in every sense. The staff, the decor, the food, the location all were wonderful to the highest degree. It felt like a personal adventure due to the cruise not following the masses. I would of love to have spent a few more days on the cruise to enable the activities to be longer, as it felt a little rushed and we were all a bit worn out. Also, I would of like to see less plastic being used. No straws or instead use reusable straws. No plastic gloves for everyone in the cooking class but instead have them wash their hands! And water jugs in the room instead of plastic bottles. Everything helps and keeps the environment clean. Apart from this everything was wonderful and perfect. Our cabin on Orchid was beautiful. Just like the brochure. Everything about cruise ship was excellent. Food was excellent especially sit down dinner. Food was outstanding just like having dinner at a 5 star fine dining restaurant. Considering the price of the cruise bottled water in room and restaurant should be complementary. Coffee, tea and Vietnamese coffee should be complementary with all meals too. Service from our cruise director and the crew was 5 star. Kayaking was one of our favourite part of cruise. Not only were the kayaks new, cruise director and assistant kayaked with guests making sure everyone was safe. The private beach we stopped at after kayaking was beautiful and clean. The excursion to the caves on the second day on the row boat was very enjoyable too. My husband and I loved the cruise wishing we could stay on board for an extra night. The route Orchid Cruise used was perfect away from the crowded Ha Long Bay. This was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Xem tiếp

It’s a 2 hour drive by luxury private mini van to the harbour. Ignore the boarding point which is inan industrial port area, where you transfer to the boat. Boats are very well appointed. Staff are very attentive and eager to please. Area is beautiful but you need to ignore the floating pollution. It was very smoggy when we travelled, not sure when it is not smoggy? Rooms were great with a small balcony. Meals for all accounts were good. It was a really nice time. Xem tiếp
