Rất tốt
Homestay mới hoạt động chắc gần 2 tháng. Phòng m ở là garden view rất rộng, sạch sẽ, mọi thứ đều mới, tương đối tiện nghi. Điểm cộng nữa là khá gần phố cổ, và cũng rất tiện đi biển An Bàng. Chỉ có mấy phòng nên rất yên tĩnh. Điểm trừ là thiết kế đèn và cửa không đc hợp lý lắm. Đi ngủ mà đèn ngoài sảnh tầng 2 hắt vào phòng rất sáng, ra tắt đi lại có người bật lên. Nhân viên lễ tân chắc cũng mới nên đôi khi k đc nhanh nhạy cho lắm. Nói chung nhược điểm k đáng kể. So với giá 500k/ đêm mình thấy rất tốt. 8/10. Xem tiếp

Hoi An is one of the nicest places to visit in Vietnam however do NOT stay in this homestay. We are so careful when booking accommodation, doing lots of research and reading all reviews however we feel completely conned when it comes to our stay here and I feel like I should give a factual review of what it is really like. The facts: - photos of the room did not reflect reality (dirty, in need of a re-paint, damp walls and mouldy bathroom). - lady who spoke English was rude and made us feel like we were invading her home rather than being her guests. - laundry is expensive and they ruined 4 items of my clothing costing me about four times the cost of my actual stay there. - construction outside from 7am. If you can sleep through constant angle grinders then this is the property for you! - WIFI does not work at all. Please avoid this property if you want to enjoy your stay in Hoi An. It really is a lovely town but we feel that this accommodation really put a dampner on our stay there. Xem tiếp

The staffs are very friendly, helpful to assist all our enquiries and they keep the place very clean. Breakfast are always prepared freshly and we enjoyed our hot breakfast every morning. The internet in the room can be improved but the lobby area has very good internet reception. Overall experience is very good. Xem tiếp

Extremely helpful and welcoming on arrival. Made you feel comfortable. The location isn’t too bad - nice and quiet - we did get taxi’s to almost everywhere we wanted to go but it was very cheap to do so (using the app Grab). So if you’re not too fussed about spending everyday of your trip at the beach then this is a good location. We ended up staying an extra night as we got invited to a bonfire night by some friends on the beach also. It was a lovely stay. Thank you very much Kim. Xem tiếp

We had a little trouble to check in cause the person that was the night before got sick and wasnt able to check out, but the staff gave us another room. The place is in a central neighborhood, the breakfast was delicious. We recommend to stay here. Xem tiếp

Miss. Kim was great in accommodating myself and my older father. The room was spacious, clean, and well furnished. One of the better values so far in Vietnam in terms of space for price. It is a short walk from the Old Town in a quieter neighborhood so getting rest is not a problem. We rented bicycles to get around easier and planned our days with the supplied recommendations. Definitely consider staying here when visiting Hoi An. Xem tiếp

Really lovely place to stay, with attentive and welcoming staff. We had a lovely time and felt very welcomed. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in, we stayed for 3 nights in total. The old town was an easy walk away and there were some great restaurants nearby. If you stay here you must eat at YUM YUM, down the road as the food was delicious!! The only thing would be that we did not have hot water in the shower consistently, but on the whole this property is brilliant value for money and a joy to stay at. The price was very cheap. Only 3 or 4 bed rooms, so it felt a bit empty. Didn't interact with the staff much because we were traveling so much. Despite the low price, the room was very clean, modern and nice. Large bathroom. Clean sheets. Didn't try the food there. It was just a regular house kitchen. I'd imagine the staff/family would cook you something if you asked. If you're looking to save money, I'd highly recommend this place. Xem tiếp

The room is spacious, clean. Its location is ideal. The owner offered free bikes for guess to go to the old town. We love and really enjoyed this service. The owner was willing to serve breakfasts for guests if being requested to do so. I will stay there again if my family travel to Dang Nang - Hoi An. Xem tiếp

Le cadre est sympa. Le personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner insuffisant. Je déconseille les excursions qui sont trop chères 65 euros , c'est juste du transport, l'entrée des sites n'est pas comprise ,ni le déjeuner. Bref, éviter les excursions, pour le reste, endroit sympa. Xem tiếp

Das homestay ist sehr sauber und die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Taxi ca. 1 Euro. In der nächsten Straße ist abends eine super Garküche die Hähnchen und Reis anbietet. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Taxi nur ein paar Minuten und kostet zwischen 50.000 und 65.000 Ding. Die Besitzerin gibt gute Shopping Tipps und auch ansonsten kann man sich mit Fragen an sie wenden. Der Aufenthalt mit Kind war sehr entspannt und unkompliziert! Die Dusche im Zimmer ist separat daher ist danach das Bad nicht komplett nass. Die Laundry war ebenfalls sehr gut. Xem tiếp
