Was happy with the services from front office all the way to room service. All staff speaks English and have been extremely helpful and friendly. It is a small hotel and the good thing about it is all the staff is very attentive to every guests. A home away from home. staffs are super helpful and friendly. but the most impressive is the breakfast Al la carte menu, with many choices to select from. the pho in the breakfast time, is the best pho I had in Hanoi n halong bay. I couldn't believe the free pho is the best tasty one. Xem tiếp

We had an issue with noise from the room above ours. The night receptionist, wanted us to move rooms before a day trip which started at 7.00am - take it or leave it. However, the day staff resolved the matter for us, moving us to a better quieter room. The condition of the bathrooms should be addressed as they are really tired and old. Xem tiếp

The hotel room is clean and very nicely decorated. The hotel staffs are all extremely polite and friendly. They are very helpful as well. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel and hotel provided us a beautiful cake and a bottle of wine. It was a memorable stay for us in Hanoi. Breakfast is good and location is within old quarters and a mini mart is just beside the hotel. Xem tiếp

We were hesitating for a while with airbnb or hotels, since we need to keep our luggage safe and coming back and forth to access our luggage with few little trips, it's absolutely a correct choice to go for O gallery. O Gallery staffs are just so friendly, their staff are so well train, after our second time of check in during the trip, they just already sent our luggage to the room instead of doing all the check in process again. Breakfast was great too. Location is good, we walk to the main food street within 10 - 15 mins. Thanks again and definitely recommend for those who need good services. Xem tiếp

Justin, the receptionist, treating us like family, always give us warm smile, so as other staffs. The location is nice, there's a convenience store nearby, and located in the old town center. Breakfast is delicious as well. The hotel even offer a room for guests if they need to take a shower before fly... !!! Anyway, will definitely recommend to everyone who is going to visit Hanoi! I agree why all visitors leave a good reputation. The location of the hotel and the kindness of the staff were basic, and the breakfast was good during the stay. I have been malfunction of card lock device, so I used a key open and closed. However, hotel made a small gift for my inconvenient and discount some charges. Also it is not well known, it is very easy to use the pick up service with a lower cost than the taxi from Hotel to airport or airport to hotel. Due to located in the center of Hoan Kiem, visitors should be bears some noise and bad traffic condition. Xem tiếp

Hotel was recently built. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, always willing to go out of their was to help you. We hadnt found a tour for Ha Long Bay yet and 1 hour prior to bording the bus they had helped us secure a spot. Staff are well mannered and presented. I have book a deluxe room in this hotel. When we came, I was informed that the room I had booked had sth wrong, and they could not let us stay in that room. So they suggested us to change another hotel in the same chain with an upgraded suite room. It's quite perfect choice 4 us. We arrived in the midnight, and hotel prepared welcome drink during check in. The location is in the heart of Hanoi French quarter in walking distance to restaurant and shops. We stayed 8F room with sweet balcony and nice view of street. Room is in reasonable size. There is only minor problem, and we have given feedback to hotel during check out. Manager had a chat with us and said sorry. This is very nice before we departured. I will recommend anyone to stay here. Xem tiếp
