Located in the heart of Hà Nôi’s Old Quarter, excellent breakfast, outstanding service for a reasonable price. We stayed here for a week and love it. The hotel assisted us with local trips for outings with English speaking personal guide and private car at a very reasonable price. Will definitely return. Xem tiếp

Room was a bit small but this was the perfect spot to crash for a night before heading to Ha Long Bay for a couple of days. Nice breakfast with a lovely view. Staff was kind and helpful— there was an incident were my passport was accidentally held at the front desk but they were very apologetic and resolved the issue. Xem tiếp

This beautiful hotel is an oasis in crazy Hanoi. Very nice room but a bit small. Reception and the rest of the staff were amazingly helpful. Loved the spa (great foot massage) and the Sky Bar......what a view! The location was outstanding. It's close to the lake and red bridge. There are many excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

What a warm and friendly welcome in Hanoi. We enjoyed our stay very much - Mary from the reception helped with all questions and orginized a yummy breakfast box for us as on our last day we were picked up at 6.30am. The rooms are fine and good Standard for this hotel category. We steongly recommend ear sticks as the windows are very thin and the noises from the street are there also during the night. The offer for breakfast is incredible and we haven‘t missed anything. We‘d happy to stay there the next time in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Pros: 1) The staffs are super friendly and helpful 2) The room is cleaned and comfortable 3) Location is convenient Cons: 1) Pricey 2) May consider to change the sofa to other colour as you may see some stains left on it probably due to hard to remove. Xem tiếp

Wifi not stable, tv channel only in Vietnamese language and local, bath tub very slippery, be aware of your accident every step in. The bathroom design not well for dry and wet area, the towel smelly as well. Lighting and wood decorated is good, bed is comfortable with 4 pillows, noisy can be compensated by service team, I gave 10 stars for service mind, hospitality and everything about people, Xem tiếp

It was nice trip, thanks to all the staffs' kindness. At first time, the location is a little bit confusing, but it is so convenient to reach wherever you want to go in oldtown. I don't need to ride a car. The room is cozy and spa quality is also reasonable. If we visit Honoi again, we will stay here again. Xem tiếp
