One bedroom tiện nghi, rộng rãi, trang thiết bị tốt, nhân viên thân thiện là những điểm mạnh của OakWood. Tuy vẫn chưa hoàn thiện 100% nên vẫn còn một vài yếu tố cần khắc phục như tiếng ồn, chưa có nhà hàng cho bữa chính... nhưng tôi vẫn sẽ quay lại ủng hộ. Xem tiếp

It seems newly built ans facility was nice. Especially the view from swimming pool was amazing. If I knew it has that nice view, I grab my swimming suit. And I am sure staffs make this hotel 5 Star. They were so kind, helpful and amazing. I have no idea how I can make good comment for them. I asked flower for my GF just 2 hour before arrive since I sent email to wrong address but They did. My girl friend still keep the picture of your flower. I appreciate for this! I ask them I am planning to cook for my GF and they gave me 1 bed(separated kitchen) room and I was so touched. They prepared my room can not have cooking smell at bed room. Thank you thank you thank you! Especially for the concierge team! Extremely clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only wish there was room service. The downstairs restaurant only serves breakfast, no other meals. King Studio room is very small since the square meters provided includes the balcony - proper disclosure of room size would help to manage expectations. Studio rooms are very small - the quoted square footage includes the balcony so actual living space seems very tight, even for one person. Also, a Nespresso machine is provided but you have to purchase the coffee capsules. I've never heard of a hotel not providing at least one set of capsules at check-in, at the very least. On the plus side, the staff is exceptional - friendly and helpful. The hotel is feels new and exceptionally clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Xem tiếp

Accommodation is brilliant and spotlessly clean and modern. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Location is a bit odd though as it’s in the middle of a shanty town and honestly I didn’t like that at all. But it was good value for money. Xem tiếp

This hotel far exceeded our expectations in comfort and service. The staff was unbelievably helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a very new one - you can see some constructions still on-going. What i like most is the kitchenette in each room, they’re so well equipped that you can easily get your own meals cooked. Servicenin the hotel is also excellent, staffs are all friendly and helpful. Location is a little bit of a hussle, the hotel cant be exactly located (you can only pin on street number), so we get dumped by the grab driver somewhere near by on our first day. You’ll have to direct the taxi/uber driver everytime. Going out is way better with taxis called by the hotel. But apart from this, this hotel is totally worth staying in! Xem tiếp

Good points: 1. Quick check in and nice staffs, very supportive in all my requests (restaurant and spa recommendations, taxi calling, ...) 2. Fully equipped kitchen, I specially like this since I can buy Vietnamese pho when we hanging out at the nite time for next day breakfast) 3. Fully equipped bathroom (including both shower and bathtubs), good quality shower stuff, especially the lotion. 4. Having everything a people need if they are on business trip (working table, fast wifi connection, iron, iron table) 5. Love the balcony lake view where we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. Not Good points: Location is a bit far from central area, have to walk around 10 mins to reach the nearest convenient store. Xem tiếp

This is the second time I visited Hanoi and I was shocked. The hotel is brand new just 3 months old. First, impression was that this hotel is really nice. I really did not expect to see a development like this. Hanoi is really growing fast. To top that up Kluadia (the reception), was being very nice and friendly and even ungraded my room from Studio to 2 Bed rooms. It was so nice of her. Even if there is no upgrade, the hotel itself, the friendliness of the staff, the view, the facilities etc. are more than enough for the price. By the way, the hotel is located near west lake, which is the high end area of Hanoi. So you will get the lake view. I recommend to check out the swimming pool where you can really see the view of the lake and enjoy yourself. Will definitely come to stay here again. Xem tiếp

Location and view wise is not great, but it is located at a quiet neighborhood. I am a disabled solo traveler and in a wheelchair. I called up and booked a studio apartment. Went to view the apartment and its spacious enough, unfortunately the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. Due to the apartments high occupancy rate, the lovely reception Klaudia Nguyen upgraded me to a 2-bedroom apartment. Its super spacious and perfect for 4. The apartment is brand spanking new. It is clean, it is new, and it is very well furnished with premium accessories such as Smart TV, soundbars, art-deco study lamps, Grohe WC, and premium bathroom accessories as well as bathroom necessities. The hotel is quiet, clean, very helpful and friendly staff and willing to assist in any way. I strongly recommend this apartment and since I will be back in 2020, I will be booking this apartment again. Xem tiếp

There's some noise nuisance at 8 am in the morning , and we've called the reception and didn't get any respond and solution. Also we paid for the upgrade and they said the charge is including for the breakfast, end up we go down in the next morning they don't let us to eat.After we complain for so long ,they said they have some communication problems and apologized to us but they already ruined our holiday mood .
