Khách sạn đẹp, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Khu phố yên tĩnh, văn minh. Nhân viên thân thiện. Nhưng mình gợi ý khách sạn nên có song ngữ Anh - Việt các thông tin trong phòng để người lớn dễ dàng sử dụng các tiện nghi thay vì chỉ tiếng anh. Mình là khách sạn ở Việt Nam nên có song ngữ như một cách tôn trọng văn hoá bản địa. Các khách sạn mình ở nước ngoài mình từng ở hay các khách sạn 5 sao ở Việt Nam đều có song ngữ. Xem tiếp

The great thing about this place is that it’s located down a small street. That means you’re not listening to scooter horns all night. There is a convenience store 3 minutes walk away and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional. Xem tiếp

Great apartments and a great price. I've stayed at Oakwood apartments for business in the past and chose this apartment as it was quite cheap and new. It's clean and has great storage. We were in a 3bdrm apartment. Check in was fast but check out was a bit slow. There's a few convenient stores a few mins walk away. Many local restaurants around or you can ask Reception to order uber eats or sometjing for delivery..they were very helpful. We were overall happy with our stay but woukd like to suggest to the hotel to include a sponge and dishwashing detergent as we couldnt do oir dishes and felt a bit sorry for the housekeeping staff. An excellent choice for both business or leisure travel. Adventurous travelers will find everything they need within walking distance or easy taxi-ride. I'll choose to stay at Oakwood again on my next visit to HCM City. Xem tiếp

The area is big enough to accommodate around 4-5 people. A good option for travelling families & group of friends. Plenty of space for luggages. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 t&b, with a living, dining, decent kitchen & a laundry room with washing machine. The neighbourhood was not nice though. It’s actually located in residential area but not that far away from the city. If you’re everyday itinerary is to leave the hotel in the morning & get back in the evening - this place is just fine. Uber only costs around 20k VND to District 1, so not bad. They have a decent pool that you can use & the staff are all helpful & accommodating. We had a great time staying here! Just hope they have a good set of breakfast menu or buffet since there’s no restaurant around you can go to anytime. Xem tiếp

Good side: Clean, spacious, and quiet room. Con: Location is quite isolated (might be harder for driver to come in) Shower temperature is very hard to adjust. Ground staff to provide better communication with guests Suggestion to management: Might consider providing some umbrella at the entrance for wet weather conditions Might, want to consider keeping some motorcycle for rental :) Overall: My girlfriend and i felt veey welcome and please with Oakwood hotel management and the experiences we felt. we booked 2 bdrms. It's inside quiet residential area. Small but very cosy and cute hotel. Service was great, facilities were small but functional. Some neighbourhood eateries and convenience store around. spa just opposite hotel. Loved our stay and will come bck again!! Xem tiếp

Hotel is very nice, clean, cosy and staffs are good. Be good if reception staffs can speak and understand english (slightly more than just basics) as had some problem asking for directions to go to some places. Also be good if they can recommend or knows about the main tourist attraction places, malls, restaurants,...etc. Location is slight enclosed amongst small roads and takes about 10mins ride to Ben Thanh Market and Siam Square area Xem tiếp

This was my third stay in 12 months. I really like this hotel because of its staff and the restaurant that serves good food. Although it is not in town, it is much quieter staying here than in town and it is only a short taxi ride to town. The staff at the hotel will always help to call for a taxi if needed. Xem tiếp

Overall the hotel stay was comfortable and staff were friendly. Unfortunately there were no twin beds at all in the hotel so if you are going with a friend, you will have to sleep together. All amenities were provided and to a good standard. Price relative to other hotels were slightly on the expensive side, but never the less pleasant stay. Xem tiếp

Really enjoyed the stays at Oakwood HCMC, the receptionist was really nice and helpful at all time. Everything is just perfect. As is not in District 1, so you can really get a quiet night. Highly recommended to whom who travel to HCMC. Xem tiếp

Rooms are clean well sort of... the cleaners appear overworked. Therefore some areas are not cleaned properly.. like the bathrooms. Ate breakfast here twice.. at 200000VND for two eggs and coffee and fruit by Vietnamese standards is very expensive.. eggs cost 5000vnd for two eggs. Also ordered the beef stew it was just water and meat and some vegetables. No flavour.. very lazy cooking.. no effort.. and didnt eat it.. staff apologised but still charged 200000VND. If you stay here and want any rest sleep during the day ask for a room on the opposite side to the school next door. The principal loves his loud speaker and uses it in every occasion he can to drill his views and thoughts into his pupils .. who ignore him.. initially entertaining then at 6.45 every morning and all day becomes really intrusive. Apart from that its ok.. just dont eat there or sleep on the school side Xem tiếp

Great place. Clean, modern and very helpful staff. They were accommodating, spoke good English, helped arrange tours, make reservations and order in food for us. It's an easy taxi or Uber ride to any of the sights your want to see. Xem tiếp
