New hotel in a good location. The facilities were good. In the bedroom the bed was very good, the room size good, good choice of TV channels. Not crazy about the bathroom set up but its a small detail. The gym was excellent, roof bar nice but a bit sterile. My only complaint as the cost of the breakfast. I got to different quotes from $15 to $25, which for Hanoi is crazy. Xem tiếp

Always say here in Hanoi as its close to the office. Room size good and the bed comfortable, tv good, gym ok, area kind of quiet at night but its ok for me. Starbucks across the road. Xem tiếp

I hit Hanoi about three times per year and have stayed at some colorful establishments. Novotel was excellent. The staff were well trained and helpful. Vietnam airlines lost my bag and the front desk helped to manage it retrieval. The room was clean, well equipped and functional. I recommend the bar on the 17 floor for a night view of the city. I just stayed there for one night. The room was pretty big and cozy. I enjoyed the view bath. I also had a dinner and a breakfast and they are great. Try the tapas. The morning buffet has great variety including Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Regarding public area, especially the interior design is very modern and charming. I will come there again. Xem tiếp

Brand new hotel, and our stay was in the midst of their soft launch. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the rooms were clean and generally well set up. We booked the 3 bedroom apartment, and it had a common area for lounging and dining. The hotel though is situated a bit far from the Old Quarters (the main tourist neighborhood). I booked 3 rooms, 1 night in this Novotel Hanoi suites/apartment for my family at the end of our trip - facilities: pool in maintenance, cannot use. One staff said sauna room in floor 2 (restaurant actually), the other said in floor 3 ! Decided not to go anymore ! In my room, no switch to turn off light under kitchen hood !!! "nice" design ! I finally found a CB board and can turn one switch off. Took much time before i could go to sleep The big vertical mirror hanged from the ceilling (in middle of room) is unstable when I tried to push it. Small kids can reach it ! Very dangerous ! Noisy air conditioner. Bathroom is ok, however ugly finishing, the same for some furniture and kitchen - service: 1 star ! No more Very slow checkin and out Average breakfast. 1 room booked one day before the stay without breakfast, i did not notice. They asked us 2 times when we was eating. Why don't they wait until we finish ?! Finally we paid for 2 missing They did not book the free airport transfer, simply said '1-2 hours to prepare' ! I had to book a taxi... Charged me 170 USD ! for 2 bed sheets with pen marks (my kids, pens are easily reachable!), the foreigner manager confirmed it's Accor global policy ! No sorry, no pity ! Too greedy, their bed sheets are new? I think they can clean it or they should include the fee in their price already. Stains on bed sheet are very common. I reported this to Accor customer relation service and waiting for response... In short, if you are in business trip alone and do not need ANY services , take this one. Not suitable for tourists, especially with small kids... I will avoid all Novotel hotels !! So disappointing with this choice Xem tiếp
