Exceptional service, nice and clean rooms. Professional staff, nice and helpful especially Mr. Daniel with his great hospitality and warm welcome. We had travelled to Hanoi for quite a number of times and It is the first time we stayed in Nova Luxury Hotel. The hotel, although not in the most busiest part of old city, the room is clean, quiet, spacious and with good air-conditioning. The breakfast they offered is very tasty and with wide spread of food including different kinds of local dishes. In our 6-nights stay, I found that they have new types of fruits and local special dishes esvh day, indicating the staff team’s effort in their service. The food is really yummy. You can enjoy the buffet type food as well as order the egg and noodle from the breakfast menu. Talking about the service, it is a 5-star one. The whole team, no matter the front counter lady (sorry, didn’t ask her name but it’s the lady that helped us checked in), also David and Lily, they all provide very professional customer services.. I seldom give a hotel such a high rating but this one really deserves it! Xem tiếp

The boutique budget hotel is located in Hanoi Old Quarters and within walking distance to Hoam Kiem Lake. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs in the location. The place could be noisy at night with the numerous motor bikes on the road. Roads are narrow and beware of the traffic. The staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful. First of all, i booked this hotel thru reading all the good customer reviews and comments. Since we don't know anyone from Hanoi so i took my chances. Its my Birthday gift for my Mom and i could say that all the reviews and good comments are TRUE. Especially the Hotel Staff and Crew, My mom said there were so nice and helpful for a solo traveller and doesn't know anything about the place. She really enjoyed her stay and would also recommend it to our family and friends. The breakfast buffet is SUMPTUOUS!!! She enjoyed every bit of here Stay. Thank you so much NOVA LUXURY HOTEL. Hotel staffs are professional and helpful. They make sure you are well looked after. I have to commend one situation when they brought breakfast to my room when they noticed I was not at the breakfast table. Very considerate. I and my friend stayed three nights. Room was clean and space was fully enough to us. Amenities were good more than I expected, actually I did not expect. Breakfast was very good to me, there were not many kinds of foods, but several kinds of fruits, breads and noodles were very delicious and enough to me because I don’t like meats. Pickup service from/to Hanoi airport was also good. The hotel was not noisy because the street around the hotel was not crowded. Hoan kiem lake, night market and famous restaurants were in ten minutes by walking. Especially, all staffs were very kind, nice, cheerful and carefully considerable. They impressed me. I was really impressed with their service. I was greeted by a lovely staff, Lily when I checked-in, she provided me a map and marked down several tourist spot and food stall I may interested, her communication in English may not be the best, but her effort in doing this with her limited english vocab really impressed me. They even packed me a breakfast when I checked out in early morning when the breakfast buffet are not officially ready. These are some excellent service I never experienced! The room was clean and comfy. The location is great and within walking distance to major spots in old quarter. I will definitely stay in the hotel again if back to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Even before we check into this hotel, we asked to keep the "loot" from shopping with them as we were heading to Ha Giang before returning to stay in this hotel in Hanoi. No worries at all. the staff agreed readily and was most helpful. Checking in was a simple affair, Just a quick snap of our passports and all was ready. I really felt welcome by the staff when I walked in. It was great. Walking into the room, there was a burst of flowery fragrance, and rose petals were scattered on the beds. Room was, of course, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not widespread but was great. Both Asian and western style food for the picking. As a solo female traveller in my early 40s I'm looking for value - nothing too cheap, nothing too fancy. This place was perfect... I arrived sweaty from travel and was greeted with a drink and fruit, everything was taken care of for me, and the room was the most comfortable bed I had in Hanoi. My early morning departure meant I missed breakfast, so they had prepared a breakfast box for me (fruit, water, egg and toast) to take to the airport. Clean, great staff. Xem tiếp
